Starbucks — Restaurant in Makkah Region

I had a bad experience today from one of their staff. He was so disrespectful. I was the first one who came in their cafe at that time and my orders were taken by another staff. He was initially the one at the cashier. I ordered the drinks and was still choosing one of their sandwiches when suddenly one staff came to the cashier and started to take the orders of the next two people that came after me. And I was about to pay when I discovered that he disregard my orders and also one of the drinks I chose was not yet prepared. When i ask them why it was like that, he answered because I didn’t finish ordering. Exactly! It is a first come first serve basis! I was disappointed from this coffee shop for the first time. I was a regular customer of Starbucks especially in this Heraa Mall branch. Kindly discipline your staff. It is unreasonable and I think it was a little discriminating coz he prioritized the orders of those Arab girls despite I was the one who came first, a Filipino....

When arab workers are the cashiers they serve very fast. I was in a queue of 20+ people and they served us in less than 10 minutes. When Asians are serving they tend to be super slow and we wait too much in the queue. No racism, just a personal experience. Drinks are average.
