Learn moreA Memorable Evening at Machili Indian Family Restaurant
Dining at Machili Indian Family Restaurant in Jeddah was an experience Iâll cherish for a long time. This traditional Indian gem offers not just a meal, but a journey into the heart of Indian cuisine, filled with warmth, flavor, and unforgettable moments.
The star of the evening was undoubtedly the Chicken Tikkaâsucculent, perfectly spiced, and grilled to smoky perfection. Each bite was a burst of flavor, a testament to the authenticity and care that goes into every dish. And just when I thought it couldnât get any better, the dessert arrived. The kulfi (Indian ice cream) was pure magicâcreamy, rich, and infused with the delicate flavors of cardamom and pistachio. It was the perfect ending to an incredible meal.
What made the evening truly special was the opportunity to chat with the restaurantâs owner, a seasoned hospitality professional with years of experience managing some of the finest restaurants. His passion for food and dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere were evident in every detail. Hearing his storyâfrom managing renowned establishments to finally opening his own family restaurantâwas inspiring. His vision for Machili is clear: to offer authentic Indian flavors in a setting that feels like home.

Read moreI was extremely happy to find an Indian restaurant near by. We have done take aways for about 4 to 5 times from the restaurant and experience has been very disappointing. The first time he gave us a stale curry which we felt has been spoilt but we were doubtful. The second time the same thing happened and I knew the gravy has gone stale and we had to discard it. After a couple of months we got breakfast and the sambar and chutney were spoilt. As it was the only restaurant available we had to opt for the 4th time here and we found hair in the idly. We are certain that the gravies have been reused for the next day or they give us leftover gravies and have poor hygiene. NEVER RETURNING BACK. Have been giving benefit of doubt but this is highly...
Read moreIf you're a seafood lover in Jeddah, you must try the fish masala at this hidden gem! The flavor is absolutely spot on â rich, perfectly spiced, and cooked to perfection. You can tell the fish is fresh, and the masala is made with care and authenticity.
What makes it even better is the reasonable pricing. In a city where seafood can often be overpriced, this place offers fantastic quality without burning a hole in your pocket.
Highly recommended for anyone craving flavorful, home-style fish masala. Great taste, great value â definitely one of the...
