This branch is not recommended for ordering through the app or online, as you will take longer to receive your order compared to ordering in-store. Sometimes, being present at the restaurant and waiting for your order might be faster than ordering online.

It seems that there is an issue with the management of this place because, logically, if you order online and then arrive at the branch to pick it up, at the very least, your order should be ready, or you shouldn’t have to wait long. However, the opposite happens.

So, what is the benefit of the app and online ordering if they don’t serve the consumer...

Staffs are very rude,.I ordered a big big sandwich, my number was 25, even after 35 on the screen, none of the staff are take it my token,everyone is very rude, When I shows the token,they are doesn't even look at it, the sandwich was ready,but not take it,.When I got it,all the heat was gone,all the taste was gone,,..All the staff there are very angry on their faces. Not even a smile., Don't you pay them salary? What is so serious on their faces?🥴😡, Those who go to this branch once will never go again!! Have you taught your staff to treat customers like this?? hi i was very disappointed because the albaik broast very bad test & smell , I cannot eat and i think it was re-fry or expired chicken, really i was like albaik & eating monthly 2 times ,but this outlet most of the time very bad test like expired, for the time & service no matter i can wait but atleast it should be fresh fry broast and testy. In feature it will avoid to eat if it is like continue, i was purchase at 20/06/2023, 9.50 pm with token# 936 i hope albaik management will take an action on that outlet to recover good test with fresh only.
