Very disappointing experience at TAKENDA Boulevard Riyadh City

We arrived before 1 a.m. (the place closes at 2), and after exploring the arcade machines, we decided to buy the required game card. Staff told us that only the cashier, Mohammed, could issue it. When we went to reception, he had already left early, and shockingly, he wasn’t answering his phone despite several attempts by other employees.

As a result, we couldn’t play anything. Our visit was completely ruined. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and terrible organization. If everything depends on one person who walks out early and doesn’t even answer calls, don’t claim to be open until 2 a.m. Definitely not...

In behalf of the KSAU-HS Staff Recreation we would like to express our gratefulness for accommodating our School Break Campers to enjoy the amazing games in TAKENDA..The children had fun as well as the teachers.We would like to commend the generosity, unwavering support and assistance of the Manager Mr. (Mahmoud Murad) for arranging our visit, we thank as well all the staff who assisted us during our stay. مع الأسف أسوأ تجربة مريت عليها في مكان لعب الأركيد شحنت باقة ب 425 (+ 235) مثل ما هو واضح بالصورة اللي فهمته أن مجموع النقاط بيكون 660 وأقدر ألعب جميع الألعاب.

بعد ما بدينا لعب اكتشفنا أن في ألعاب مخصصة للنقاط الرئيسية وألعاب مخصصة للنقاط الإضافية! وهذا الشيء ما وضح لنا من البداية ولما كلمت الموظف قال أن الموضوع وطلبت منه نلعب لعبة بالنقاط الإضافية قالنا أن تقسيم النقاط واضح! وما في بيده شيء يسويه! ولما طلبت أتواصل مع المشرف قال أنه مجاز ووصل له الموضوع وما في شيء يسوونه! دافعة 425 ريال وما أقدر ألعب اللي أبغاه! خربوا الجو على الأطفال خصوصا في لعبة معينة يبغونها ب20 نقطة بس! وأكيد يبغون يختارون اللي يبونه مو اللي محدد لهم أخيرا تعاون معنا موظف هندي مسؤول عن الألعاب وشغلنا اللعبة وقال أهم شيء العميل

لكن موظفين الكاشير والمشرف ما تعاونوا وبينوا لي كأن الكلام اللي أقوله مو منطقي

مهما كانت الألعاب جيدة هذا الموقف خرب علينا التجربة وما راح نرجع للمكان مرة ثانية

مع العلم إننا نرتاد لألعاب الأركيد بشكل دوري تقريبا كل أسبوعين وهذا المكان...
