I want to give a fair review. So I am going to say whatâs nice and whatâs bad. The salon has nice decor, the booking of appointment was easy. Most of their staff can speak English so thatâs good. But I left with my mood totally ruined. Why? I book my appointment almost a month prior. Before confirming my booking with them, I shared a picture of the hair colour I did and I wanted the same back. They told me no problem, they have the colour. When I arrived, I showed the same picture to the colourist and even had a colleague of hers translated what I wanted, and they all said âok, no problemâ. Colorist started with my hair and I saw her mixing the colours.. and I asked âdonât u need to bleach my roots first? Then she didnât understand so I ask the colleague to translate again ⌠then sheâs like âah ok yesâ I was already not feeling confident by this time. Fast fwd, after colouring my hair ⌠wash, started blowing and I see that itâs not the colour I asked for. So I stopped her and said this is not correct. I showed picture again and itâs obvious that itâs not what I wanted. Guess what they tell me now âwe r sorry, we donât have this colour you wantâ Are u for real now??? Then they ask if I wanna go to another salon or they try to get in the colour I want but not sure if I could. And then I said âbut my roots and the body of my hair also became 2 different tones!â And trust me itâs not highlights or Balyage or whatever. Itâs just the roots is bleached and they donât have the colour I want so much original colour and the roots donât match. And the original colour became weird looking also. Anyway⌠they say they wonât charge me. I said ok⌠but at least fix my roots. They say they canât fix to match so they will do something .. anyway they re colour my hairâŚ. And from the purple I want⌠it became total something else. And when I went to the reception, they wanted to charge me the original price of over 800sr! Just because they think they have fixed my problem and didnât care that itâs not the colour I want. I had to reiterate and inform that this is not what I wanted.

However I am beyond disappointed with my hair, first the salon called and told me the colorist I had an appointment with was sick and that I can reschedule with their other colorist in which I agreed. I showed up and showed her a picture of the lowlights I wanted and the results in which she said was possible. She did a patch test and all is well so we continued. I paid in total 1400 and my hair looks nothing like the picture I had showed her and to make it worse she kept insisting it does when it clearly didnât. Instead of trying to find a solution, I was made to feel crazy and the. She told me that I can come back for a rinsage for free, which doesnât solve the main issue. I then went to the reception and requested to pay first before I let them know my thoughts, she felt I was unhappy and applied a 10% discount so my bill went from 1600 to 1400 but again this didnât solve the issue the the colorist did not come near the results I wanted or the fact she didnât care and insisted that itâs the same when it clearly wasnât and as I was speaking to the receptionist the stylist came in a manner which made me very uncomfortable and as I was traveling the next day I left.
