Way Beauty Center — Local services in Municipality of Al Shamal

The place is so nice and decor is so good 🌟 The girl who did my manicure and pedicure is nice and professional 🙏🏻 But there is a few points about the place I didn’t like :/ First of all there is no receptionist to welcome the customers and accommodate them. Secondly, there is no place to put my feet on when doing my pedicure! I have to put it on the girl’s knee and that was really uncomfortable and unprofessional :/ Also the chair is low and the water sink to soak the feet is quite high so the whole pedicure experience for me was so uncomfortable :( For the price I paid I expected more honestly. One good thing about the place is the free service of coffee...

Very friendly & professional staff. I tried the detox treatment for scalp it was amazing with sara! The products they used were from Kerastase Serums, shampoos, masks & most hair essentials.. عن تجربه مره سيئين من ناحية موظفة الاستقبال سارة او سواء كانت من الإدارة أخذت موعد مبدئيا تأخرت على كلامها ١٠ دقايق وبباقي الصالونات لي حق ١٠ دقايق بعدها ما ادخل عموما جيت ٥:٥٥ وفي وحده قالت تخلص بعدين تسوين وتسألني وش بسوي كنت بسوي refill to my nails ومو مقتنعه وقالت بتسأل specialist سألتها وما احترمت العميله الي معاها وبوقت شغلها وقالت بس نسوي لها اعادة تعبئه وترجع تسألها بطريقه غريبه إلا عيدي لها ! بعدين قالت اجلسي لين تخلص بعد ما خلصت وحاسبت الكاستمر قالت في وحده ثانيه بتسوي لها تنظيف ل رجولها ! وانا ايش دخلني أنا جايه على موعدي مفروض ولو مشيت بمشي هذي بس عشان ماسكتها وانلطع اكثر من نص ساعه وترجع ساره وتروح للأخصائية وتقولها لا ليش تقولين لها اعادة تعبئه هي بتسوي من اول وجديد قالت لها ما تحتاج ! قالت إلا حلوه ذي تعلمينها شغلها؟ وتناقشها وانا اسمعها وكل الي بالصالون يسمعونها مدري كيف ما استحت والله وتقولها الاخصائيه أظافرها قويه ومافيها شي ولو بشيله لها بيكون برغبتها وبتتعب أظافرها تقولها عادي ! مستحيل الي شفته وسمعته وتحاول تقنع فيها كنت بترك الصالون ب آخر لحظه وطبعا بكتب التجربه الفاشله سواء سويت او لا إذا كنتي من الإدارة ف أتوقع الاداره فاشله على هالاسلوب وإذا موظفه ضروري يغيرونك لأن كذا بتخسرون كاستمر كثير ثانيا الصور الي معلقه معطيه جو مره كئيب لو تشيلونها افضل الموظفات الباقين محترمين بس أتوقع مو أسلوب أبدا تتعامل...
