Bistro Chino is an absolute gem when it comes to Chinese cuisine. I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and I must say, the experience was truly outstanding.

Let's start with the food. The dumplings at Bistro Chino are nothing short of amazing. Additionally, the garlic rice is a delightful side dish that complements the flavors of the main courses perfectly.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the spicy beef. This dish exceeded all my expectations. The tender beef, combined with a tantalizing blend of spices, creates a symphony of flavors that will leave you craving for more. It's a true masterpiece and a must-try for spice lovers.

Beyond the food, Bistro Chino offers a unique and captivating interior. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, immersing you in a distinct Chinese dining experience. One fascinating feature that caught my attention was the robot that carries the food..

I can't emphasize enough the exceptional service provided by the staff at Bistro Chino. In particular, Xian stood out with his attentive and friendly nature. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfection.

Bistro Chino is our go to place for all our family events. It has always meant great food , impeccable service and experiences with remembering. The decor is quite eclectic , the ambiance is very cozy and intriguing , the attention to details is exquisite ( perfect pic op in every corner ) Coming to the food .... The cult favorites will always be the shrimp balls, stuffed chili’s with prawns and the wagyu beef nigiri sushi. The soups are all delicious , my favorite has always been the spicy chicken and lemon grass chowder and the hot and sour . My husbands fav is always the lobster bisque. Just make sure you blow out the candle as soon as the soup arrives or else it’ll be really hot by the time you try to finish it.

Szechuan beef , fried rice, crab thermadore , dried chili chicken with ginger , shrimp teriyaki and lamb chops have been some of the family favorites for years , even when we used to go to the other restaurants of this franchise .

The food and quality of service has been impeccable for decades because Freddie ( the manager ) and his team have started and run several of the restaurants over this time. If you have any nostalgic memories from Le,chateau or Mirage you will love it here.

Tip: make sure you are starving when you get there , a group always...

It was my first experience there. Upon walking in, I was quite impressed with the décor. Very unique here in Riyadh with much for the eye to see. Upon looking thru the menu, I was also impressed with the wide selection of dishes. Then I saw the prices...quite high for Chinese food. Thought to myself, "This better be worth it." I ordered the tofu with minced chicken in oyster sauce and the mixed seafood rice. Service was fine and meals arrived within a good time. After serving myself both dishes, I noticed the flavors were nothing special. Very bland and lacked that WOW factor that I expected for the price I was paying. I could have done way better myself. Then I noticed a black hair in the serving plate of the tofu dish. That did it for me. Sure they replaced it, but my stomach and mind set had already taken a turn. A restaurant of that caliber, with prices that high, should be quite a bit more conscious of the food they are serving their customers. I get better quality from a food truck! Never again for me. and if you decide to go, WARNING! Check your food before you put it...
