Villa Beirut King Abdulaziz Road, Al Rabi District Riyadh. Lebanese Restaurant serving authentic lebanese 🇱🇧 cuisine menu items. Decided to make a quick visit after tons of influencers and social media ads for this restaurant and especially for the lunch offers they are serving. They have two dining area available, immediately at the entrance and the other one on the first floor which is mainly having partitions with 3 tables having a view in the group level area. It is was hard to find a table that perfectly accommodate 6 guests. Kindly consider tables settings and distribution. Starting with staff, they are friendly but nkt attentive at all. Wr had to call a waiter every couple of minutes fot assistance. Table was ready for 2 guests only as for plates and cutlery and we had to ask for plates and cutlery. We had to ask for thr menu. We had to look for a waiter to place order. Wr always had to look for a staff and ask for assistance. Zero table visits or satisfaction inquiries were performed. Soups were served hot and had good taste. Fattoush was very good. Tabbouleh if it's meant to be Lebanese, then it has a lot of improvements to be done. Hummus was good and moutabbal was average and acceptable. Batata harra was actually very good. When it comes to the mains ordered within the lunch time, it served in what we think is half portions. Portions were below expectations but fair. Mixed grill consists of chicken kebab, beef kebab and tawook. Chicken Alfredo was extra creamy. Cannelloni lasagna was good but also extra creamy. Shish barak was average to good. We ordered one Big saudi cocktail jar and so far, it was the best thing we ordered! It was an average satisfaction visit, but probably won't repeat it. It is really disappointing to keep asking for a waiter assistance, keep asking to clear a plate, keep asking to change plates, keep asking for cutlery and so on. Wr were surprised by the non attention of the staff and the bad service provided which made the whole visit really disappointing. I am not sure if in the main menu they are serving the same portions or just reducing the portions for lunch offer timing. Compared to competitors of Authentic Lebanese Restaurant in Riyadh, management should consider a huge twist of...
Read moreWe went for lunch as a family of 4 and they had an offer which includes 2 soup, tabouleh, hunmous, batata harra and 2 selective main dishes for 99 sar. The food was ok but not great. The issue was with the service. The order took very long to arrive and they forgot to bring the soup. Moreover, the waiter was clueless about the offer and even had no idea how to serve some dishes. For example we ordered manti and its customary to pour the tomato sauce and yogurt when serving but he just placed them on the table. Moreover we ordered one big bottle of sparkling water which they had on the menu he brought us a small bottle. We asked him to bring a big bottle and he never came back we kept asking him to bring the bottle until we saw another waiter who brought it immediately but that was after 20 minutes the least. Lastly there was no music in the restaurant so imagine eating and hearing utensils and plate noises and people talking all the time. In addition the tables are very close to each other and you literally feel like you are sitting with the table...

Not tastey at all. Humus tast like canned one. Shesh barak is the worst of them all eat one piece couldn't eat the rest and they count it in bill (80SAR). Service: i was talking to the waiter/Garson about how the food doesn't look grilled recently or it was grilled in an electrical griller. But he was looking at me like i dont like what you're saying, and he just didn't respond. I asked him to call the manager, as i needed to give constructive criticism, but he just said ok and went to serve another table. Keep in mind that there were only 3 tables. And not crowded Definitely...
