TGI Friday's — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

TGI Friday's used to be one of my favourite restaurants for a bite on the go or a full meal or even a gathering for long time .... Last friday visit to this location was my worst ever in my life going to a restaurant I decided to take my kids and my brother kids to the restaurant around 4pm and the guy who opened the door for us took the temperature for each of us but for unknown reason he insisted to touch our hands in order to take temperature measure. We didn't like it Next, we walked inside trying to get a table for us and due to the number of kids we have I requested one table, but they refused to accommodate and rearrange the tables for us and the only offer was to set in separate tables. I asked nicely if we can set close to each other, but their response was nasty "this is what we have"

I thanked them and decided to leave the restaurant and asked the kids to leave the table and move to the door. They didn't care at all and the guy who walked us to the table just left to go back to the door....

The whole experience was nasty enough for me to step a foot again in TGI Friday's

Very Disappointed

I used to come to this branch often and the food would taste great.

After COVID-19 the management staff in the branch is so bad with absolutely no professionalism and poor communication between the manager and his staff resulted in the food coming out horrific and very poor service to the costumers and thats a reason why the restaurant is always empty.

I ordered a steak and it came cold as a rock in the center, and the orders always wrong due to the manger who doesn’t write down orders and is super unwelcoming night shift staff.

When i asked to return the food he and the chef had an argument and shouting that could be heard from anywhere in the restaurant.

After witnessing that scene my friend and I ordered the check and left with great disappointment.

THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. The manager of this branch and the chef need to be changed they are so unprofessional and...

I got to visit @tgifridaysksa's incredible new branch in Al Rabi District and i must say, i am thoroughly impressed.

The new branch is extremely spacious and roomy. The tables and booths are placed within good distance of each other. There is lively music playing which just elevates your dinner experience. The staff is extremely cooperative, kind and ready to tend to any of your needs.

The menu is as diverse as ever. I ordered : ● Fridays Pick Five, 99 SAR (5 appetizers & 5 sauces): buffalo bites mozzarella sticks cheese nachos crispy buffalo shrimp crispy chicken sliders ● BBQ Ribs & Steak Duet, 174 SAR ● Steak & Jalapeño Shrimp, 144 SAR ● Loaded Chocolate Fudge Sundae, 37 SAR ● Pepsi, 19 SAR ● 7UP, 19 SAR

The food was extremely delicious. I dont think i have had steak this juicy and well done in a LONG time. It was a 10/10 meal and experience.
