تشاوو tchaw — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

I've been telling many friends and family to eat here, yet got mixed reviews. The issue with this place is consistency.

In the past 4 weeks, including yesterday night, i have ordered the same order everytime. However, the dough for the Manaeesh for example comes differently everytime. Not sure why the quality is becoming poorer. The dough was magnificent when the place first opened and now it becomes dry quickly, barely any zaatar even when I put comment for extra zaatar, and the cheese became tasteless and not the usual akkawi that has a saltier taste.
