This is, without a doubt, the best gluten free bakery here in Riyadh. The variety and options are incredible.

Gluten-free foods can be sorta tricky because something can taste good, but once frozen and defrosted, the taste and texture can sometimes be off. Not with this bakery! I've tried the croissants. They're probably the best I've had...I usually get the feta croissants. They freeze well and can easily be reheated in an air fryer...

I HIGHLY recommend the crack puff, blueberry muffins, and basbousa.... oh and the dynamite pizza. I can honestly say I've never purchased anything here that I was disappointed with. I carried a bag filled with foods and deserts with me to NYC while on vacation…I didn’t find anything there anywhere near as good as this bakery

To the fibromyalgia warriors...this bakery has helped me transition to a gluten free lifestyle and in turn, I've been able to reduce some of my flares...

I tried their pepperoni pizza and it was SO good. I couldn't tell it was gluten free. In fact the gluten free dough tasted better than regular dough. The texture of the bread was perfect and the maker of these recipes also has a sophisticated selection of ingredients. The chocolate they use in their desserts is very high quality and I'm pretty sure that because of the high quality of ingredients, well trained chefs and secret recipes, none of these recipes can be replicated at home. YOU HAVE TO TRY the pizza and ANY chocolate dessert. You'll start levitating and crying...
