I give a star for the chicken which is only their saving grace, even the fries are dry and tasteless. Honestly, if there is a rating of a negative star, I would not hesitate to pick it. I spent close to an hour just to get my order and I was so disappointed. The staff were so rude and inattentive, and so unorganized. If you dont shout or scream to get their attention you would be there the whole day smh.😓😓😓. They wanted me to wait for the rest of my order because they gave the product to the one behind me and when they see me so upset, they offered me an alternative. Duh I ordered what I ordered because that is what I want, who are you to force me to eat something I dont want??! The audacity. And they told me to wait for 5mins for my order to become ready but of course, it was not 5mins, its 20 lol 🤣🤣.. By this time I was so mad that I snapped at them. The only good staff is the one at the cashier 😑😑. The rest of them even the managers dont deserve their job honestly because when you work in the service industry, you must be cooperative and can accomodate the customers which unfortunately, I didnt see one bit. Shout out to the owner : you need to train your employees more, or better yet, replace them. There are no shortages of people that can do a better job than them. Sorry not sorry, not recommended, worst branch to date. You're better off ordering from kfc or any other restaurants lol ....

Today I went to albaik, I wanted to place an order at counter after waiting for 10 min as no cashier was present there for 10 min, but after 10 min when cashier came back he said no sandwich and burger is available right now, this is so weird that you kept me waiting for 10 min and after that you are telling that food is nit available. After that I came out from the restaurant and ordered same thing from hunger station from same restaurant and I got the food, but strange thing is that why they said no to me in restaurant but they are giving in delivery channel. So unprofessional behaviour, I don't know whether this review will wake up top management or not but seriously you are loosing...
