Being someone who knows coffee very well, it's safe to say that Camel Step Co. and their employees are vary learned about coffee and the different varieties of coffee available. The bustling environment and the omnipresent aroma of coffee lingering in the shop provides an apt ambience for a coffee shop of their caliber. Their coffee brewing and grinding equipment selections are are impeccable and some of their luxury/travel sets are of international caliber. The varieties of coffee they have are diverse, and not pertinent to one continent or nation. They have a good selection of coffee beans, maybe the best, despite the high prices of their top brands. On the other hand, not the most professional staff as you may expect. Whhen you order cup of coffee, some of them will ask you, chemix or distilled or something like that. You have to be expert or at least familiar with coffee brewing techniques just to order that cup of coffee, otherwise you'll be standing right there like a dumb, in front of that guy, listening to him teaching you how should you order your (plain, simple, black, cup of coffee).
