BiRD, is the Word!!!!. this place brings the Heat, this is truly nashville chicken in Riaydh. I would say the hottest chicken in Riaydh. for reference I personally have completed all spicy food challenges ex (one chip, nitro gummy bear, tube of terror, toe of satan, death nut. buffalo wild wings, buffalo wings and rings, etc) so when i saying that these wings are hot they truly are. I ordered the BiRD Box, (includes a chicken sandwhich, 2 tenders, fries and a drink. the spice level I chose was the hottest (HOT). I asked the owner what most people get? (Mild) was the response. i also ordered the mac and cheese. all of my food was perfect the crispiness of the chicken and its juicness were what you would expect from a mom and pop shop whose spent years perfecting it. The comback sauce is very simlar to canes but its better. I highly reccomend this place. anyone who wants some spice ibtheir life get over here.

Worst staff ever, I ordered ā€œThe BiRD Boxā€ and in the description mentioned that it includes ā€œpicklesā€ so I asked the unprofessional cashier to remove it from the burger and put it aside. When ordered and picked up, there were no pickles. I asked one of the staff by the counter and he gave it to me, but in the middle of our meal while eating the pickles the unprofessional staff came with the machine to charge me extra!!! When I refused to pay since itā€™s part of my meal description he asked me to hand it back!!!! When I handed it back he gave me attitude and said to me ā€œrespect the food donā€™t throw itā€ when in fact I didnā€™tā€™!!!! The cheek, the nerve, the audacity and the gumptionā€¦ super rude staff they are such a disgrace to our society. (My bad review is addressed to the two Saudi guys other nationalities of staff were so cooperative and professional)
