I recently visited HalfMillion Coffee Shop, anticipating a relaxing coffee break. Unfortunately, what I encountered was a series of disappointments that left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
Service and Staff Attitude: The service was appalling. The staff, particularly the barista, displayed an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. It felt as if customer requests were seen as annoyances rather than part of their job. There was a lack of basic customer service etiquette, which significantly marred the experience.
Wait Time: The wait time was excessively long. Despite the café not being overly busy, I waited far longer than reasonable for my order. This delay was aggravating, especially considering the quality of service.
