Stopped by for a quick cold drink on first day of Eid-Ul-Fitr. The place is very clean,staff is very friendly. Service wasn’t as quick as expected giving the fact that my friends and I were the o my ones ordering in-store. I ordered the cold signature drink, and it wasn’t bad neither special. Prices weren’t significantly high. The major dislike of this branch is no Toilet or even a sink to wash hands. I probably won’t visit this branch again as I believe it’s mostly for a drive...

I went today to the Cafè with my kids and asked for milk if it can for them . The Indian employee was very cooperative and polite and helped me , I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to him , Because some small details can make a difference for me. I will definitely come back to this café because of the kind treatment. You have gained a permanent customer because of an employee who deserves all thanks.

I came in with the last hour before Fajer in ramadan, almost 4 AM and I wanted coffee but I only had cash, sadly it was 500 solid.. When I came the first employe said sorry we don’t have cash to split… So I got really MAD And I asked for the manager and he called the manager.. The manager came.. Looked at my face… And instantly gave me coffee and said: It’s on us, enjoy your coffee..

This happened with the night shift Supervisor called...

I visited Half Million for the first time today, and it was such a lovely experience! The place itself is beautifully designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered a matcha, and it was absolutely delicious. What truly made this visit special, though, was the exceptional service we received. A big thank you to Sohail for his kindness and attentiveness—he really made our experience memorable and worthwhile. Looking forward to coming back again soon!
