I came all the way from Eastern Province, literally took a leave from work & booked a ticket just for the salon. My hair was damaged from a previous experience 2 years ago but I was doing my best to work on it with salon treatments yet it failed the bleaching test. I was disparate to get rid of the grey & the color patches so it was ok to have one color only but not black, I hate black & it doesn't look good on me. The stylist is very polite but wasn't happy when I said I want to address these 2 issues but no black. She called the receptionist who is friendly & explained few things that I've already knew but clearly the stylist doesn't want to discuss with me or maybe this is the salon policy. She showed me what color will she be using & I said ok as long as it wont be black. After almost 3 uncomfortable hours I was done with black hair, in addition to that I went to pay a certain amount beside the previous down payment then when I checked the price list I discovered that I was charged more as she used Ammonia free color! She didn't even discuss it with me I don't like Ammonia free colors & I hate black yet got both, very disappointing. I told the ladies at the front desk that I hated the color "before I figure the Ammonia free part" & they said it will fade out by Eid. I had to ask for dye remover cause my forehead was full of it, also left with a lot of stains & hair cream in my ears & neck but was so frustrated to ask her to remove more & just wanted to leave. To make things worse, no proper or even acceptable blow dry just few strokes which made things even worse for my hair "effect of the Ammonia free color". Wish they asked if I wanted to have a blow-dry as it's not included ai wouldn't mind paying at least it might make me feel a little "ok". 2 stars for the vibes & the receptionist, I love the results on other clients but sadly thus didn't...

I came there for a dye with Ghadi Honestly she’s so professional and accurate with the highlights and experienced Why I gave 3 stars First I was there from 2:30 until 9:41 I think that’s a very very long time for a dye they started working around 3:15 or 3:30 so when I left I was extremely exhausted it was too much. Second honestly I had reference photo of what I wanted it’s highlight with a good amount of face contouring with beige color something similar They did the highlights very good and beautifully the contour I can’t see it at all it small and hardly seen not like what I wanted the color sooo dark close to gray It looks like I have gray hair due to aging far away from what I asked a beige color they said it will get lighter but to which color? since the undertone not related to beige at all it gray but I’ll wait and see and follow their instructions. Do I like the result? It’s acceptable not bad it’s considered good and done professionally but they did what they do in their tik tok exactly and not like what I wanted exactly so that’s what I’m disappointed about. I think that’s a problem that all salons in riyadh have they do the same things the same dye to all costumers we all look the same and it’s always grayish highlights my reference photo was from foreign country salon so I guess I shouldn’t have hold my expectations high in riyadh. They are good if you like the only highlights dye they are very good with it if it’s that ur cup of tea I’ll recommend you doing it at their salon because they do treatments between each steps and good with bleaching I gotta give them that.

Overall that’s my honest...

I used to get my nails done there regularly and they are amazing with nails and very close to me but unfortunately one day I decided to do a lash lift there and it was the worst decision ever I wish I could upload the pictures of my lashes, they were crumbled up, very bad, kept oiling them and washed them right after to reverse it (as she recommended) but nothing made it better, they didn’t offer a refund at all even though the results were horrible immediately after and kept getting worse. She wanted to “reverse” it but I refused any additional treatment. As it’s my right. I didn’t think my lashes would handle it, they we’re practically very crumbled and dry they would fall off between my fingers, when I showed her how nothing is helping she was frustrated and was like I offered you a session but you refused ??😂 (well, understandably so, why would anyone repeat a mistake twice). Anyways didn’t visit them after because of this and the way it was handled, she didn’t own up for her mistake even though I was very patient and polite with her, if it was someone else I think they’d lose it over the results I got. The least they could’ve done was a refund for burning my lashes. The shame is it was one of the owners too I think lol, ghadah. Be careful with lash lifts guys. That was the first time I change my regular place for lifts and I regret it alot.
