Piatto Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

Update: After my review I was contacted by the branch manager and offered a visit free of charges to have same orders. The service was good and we are back to our favorite place regularly. My kids gave that place the name: Our favorite restaurant.

A family of nine came in this past Thursday. 3 adults and 6 kids. We order the food & water than went to the kids section to let kids have their experience with making pizza. Came back my risotto was put on table cold I asked for it to be put in a plastic container to take away I didn't have the appetite to eat it anymore. Did not get the free salad and bread. My order was risotto and a salad from the salad corner. My favorite was quinoa the quinoa bowl was empty I asked for it to be re-filled waited for more than 10 minutes nothing happened asked another person and two more persons same. I talked with someone seemed manger I said why we weren't served the free salad and bread? he said because you ordered salad from the salad corner! I said we are nine persons only me ordered salad why everyone else did not get it? he said sorry we will serve it to you now! I said the quinoa salad is empty! He said go to your table I will make sure you will get it. I finally got it after about 25 minutes from first time I asked for it! When I was about to leave I noticed that I still did not get the water!!! I canceled it. I complained about the bad experience with a staff person who wanted to make it up for us by offering the kids a free ice-cram!!!! In this cold weather!! Of course I said NO! The kids cried and...

We went there, ordered and waited for our food. When it came one of the dishes had AN INSECT IN THE BURGER and we were SURE that it was an insect because we saw the legs of it coming out of the burger. When we called over our server and one guy working at the drink bar and they were saying that it was just onion when it CLEARLY WASNT. They started denying it and then took away the plate from us with no notice. When we went to go check with them again they had REMOVED IT and pretended that THERE WAS NOTHING IN THERE. And kept on repeating that it was an onion MIND YOU THE BURGER DOESNT HAVE ONIONS IN IT. It was awful and the chicken was very hard and so was the mashed potatoes since when are mashed potatoes hard? Last time going there very disappointed really agitated with the way the staff treated us. This was the first time and the last time coming here. If I could give the service and food 0 stars I would even go into the negatives as well. I had very high hopes coming there and I left wishing that I never came...

Honest review!

1st : The service is 10/10, i enjoy staying for so many hours at this branch because i feel comfortable , beside of that the place is very cozy “instagramable” i must say, relaxing and the service of the staff is absolutely deserve 100 star.

2nd : The coffee and the Cool Creamy Tin-Ramisu is very good , as a tiramisu lover i appreciate the balance of sweetness, the bitterness of coffee and cream wich is not too much sweet. perfecto!

3rd : Thank you to the manager(s) on duties for letting me take a photograph, i appreciate the humbleness and willingness that you give to the photographers like me taking pictures, and like what i said the place is instagramable.
