Alromansiah — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I visited this restaurant for Iftar, and unfortunately, it was the worst Iftar experience we’ve had. We arrived well in time, yet people who came after us in the queue were served their food before us. While I don’t mind waiting a little longer, it was frustrating when we were left without dates or the water we ordered. How is it possible that they don’t have dates during Ramadan, especially in Saudi Arabia? Dates are a fundamental part of Iftar, and it’s disappointing that they didn’t offer this basic item.

By the time the Adhan went, we still hadn’t received our water. We had to complain just to get it, and even then, the service was slow. We also ordered soup, but they served us the wrong one, which was an additional letdown.

The food, when it finally arrived, was good, but the poor service overshadowed the meal. I believe the restaurant should consider serving dates as part of their Iftar service, especially during Ramadan. It’s a simple gesture that every other restaurant seems to manage.

Awesome food experience, lot of options, taste is authentic, not oily and spicy as well. People who would love the real taste of meat, rice and flavours would really fall in love with this place.
