Actually due to a mistake from my secretary she had to book this hotel. As we attended at Saudi Food show
The hotel is very near to the exhibition site and a very big and nice mall.
I was very nicely welcomed at the reception upon my arrival at midnight.
The room was huge, clean, and had everything you need or expect. Normally I only book 5 star hotels, so I was bit worried first, but I was hugely surprised!
The breakfast in the morning was different from what I was used too. Not a buffet, but served at the table by a more than friendly restaurant manager. Everything you wish for was served at the table. The omelets were TOP!
One day I needed to pay an taxi, but I had no cash and the ATM was out of service. Without hesitation the receptionist payed the bill. Of course I gave back the money, but as I arrived late in the evening in the hotel, I had to have him wait a few days. But I was told to have no stress.
Today I have my flight back, only at 23:55. They even arranged a very late check out to help me.
This hotel earns a great recommendation!
Thanks to Mr Sobhy, Mr Ahmed, Mr Mahmoud and Mr Fathi 🙏🏻
Next time I take this...

The highlight and stars of the hotel are really the 3-4 team members who run the front of house and kitchen. Chef Muhammed, Chef Sobhy and the front desk staff were really amazing... Having stayed in 15+ hotels this year, they were by far the most attentive, nice, kind and thoughtful hotel team I've met this year. Great breakfast, great coffee, Great People.

The barrier between the toilet and the shower is useless. The entrance to the shower zone is very wide unnecessarily. When one takes a shower, water gets splashed all over the toilet floor, which becomes slippery and...
