McDonald's — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

Its Mcdonalds so you’d expect you’ll always get the same quality food and service, but you’ll be surprised that this is not the case in this branch.

Super rude staff, the manager is always rude as well so you mostly can’t have a peacful visit.

I visit this branch often because of its location, and there haven’t been a time that there wasn’t an issue with the staff, they always make a scene or have some kind of issue, either with you or other costumers.

Its always hectic going there so i’d rather drive an extra 2km to go to the next nearest branch over this or order through Jahez so i only have to deal with Jahez rather than dealing with the staff of this branch.

The staff here is always AMAZING period. One instance was at closing time on drive-thru at around 3 am with friends. The cashier accidentally took 1 more riyal than was the mutiple deals we redeemed and on the next window I just mentioned it (not a karen here, politely ofc and wasn't complaning either) and they upped ALL of our deals like wot. Got bigger coffees (we ordered the 8oz ones) and our twister ice cream got upped to mc flurries as a kind gesture from their side.
