November Coffee — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

A lot of students, like me, come here to study due to free WiFi and nice seating area. The coffee and food selection is limited but overall good and not too expensive. However, the place is dim and the solo study desks are very suffocating. I recommend coming here in the morning when it’s not crowded and well lit.

As for my personal experience it was bad, I came here twice. The first time it was fully occupied we asked for the waiting time and the waitress said there is none, so we had to leave. The second time I came in the morning, spent a lot of money ordering coffee multiple times and desert. Yet I did not receive the respect of a customer. Initially the waitress came to scold me for having an untouched wrapped sandwich, I told her I wasn’t going to eat it anyway I ordered food from them. The second time I asked her for the bill twice and she ignored me, I literally waited over an hour and she never came to me. She decided to come to me to ask me to move to a solo study desk facing the wall surrounded by men. Mind you I am a female and was uncomfortable by the lack of social distancing in those tables also felt very claustrophobic and suffocated. There was plenty of other tables occupied by one person but she chose to come to me and ask me to move as she wanted to seat other customers. After that I just decided to leave and I literally had to go to the cashier to ask him if I can pay the bill like why do I need to constantly ask them to pay as if I’m begging when it’s their loss if I leave...

The café has spacious, luxurious, and comfortable seating with calm, relaxing lighting. There are also work-friendly desks and a prayer room located downstairs.

We ordered the Spanish Latte, which was excellent and well-balanced.

However, I’m giving three stars due to a few drawbacks: the place was quite warm, and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling effectively. The prayer room was even hotter, and the restrooms need more attention and maintenance.

Additionally, the prices are slightly high — a single drink costs 26 SAR despite the small cup size.

I might return later to try their signature drink if it’s available and during...

Location : good not bad at all .. but not in one of Riyadh busy areas where you can find other options .

Interior : average 7/10 . They are lucky to be part of a hotel , they have the access to the hotel lounge and you can order your coffee and set at the hotel lounge .

Staff : very friendly special the girl at the cashier .

Coffee : I got the V60 Ethiopian and it was really good .

Other : I got the London cream cheese cake and it was good too 8/10 .

Would I recommend this place?

Yes it is Nice to set at the lounge

Would I come back?

If I am close by .. yes otherwise I prefer more...
