The place and the food are good enough, but it's terrible that they smoke in the place. I don't understand how you can eat when you stink of cigarettes. The smell of cigarettes is so strong that there is nothing to breathe. I was alone, but I wanted to come with my wife and child next time, but now, I will never come. It is very strange that the place is for food, but there are people who only smoke. Why is it impossible for people to smoke on the street, as in normal...

Absolutely terrible service. Despite the place being empty, we waited a long time for a waiter, then waited even longer for our order — just a salad and a breakfast dish. Then the dessert, which we ordered together with breakfast, took ages to arrive. In the end, I had to go ask for the bill myself and request that the dessert be removed from the order. They just handed me the check without saying a word. I’m never coming back. The food has also gotten worse...

Da može da se stavi NULA, stavila bih NULA zvezdica. Nažalost, mora makar jedna.

Otišla je sam pre 2 sata da naručim 4 porcije ćevapa za poneti. Pri preuzimanju sam konstatovala da mi se sadržaj kese čini mali za 4 porcije, ali me je konobarica ubeđivala da je u redu jer sada drugačije pakuju. Praktično, bila je u fazonu samo "da mi vidi leđa", da što pre izađem me je ispratila na vrata. Kad sam stigla kući, u kesi su bile tri umesto četiri porcije.

Nije moguće dobiti ih direktno telefonom, jer samo call center može da se pozove. Pozovem, čekam 5 minuta i slušam automat, i odustanem. Komplikovano je bilo da se vraćam da im kažem, a i sigurno mi ne bi verovala na reč. Uredno sam platila 4 porcije. "Na njihovu dušu", što bi rekla moja pokojna baba.

Često sam kupovala tako kod njih, ali više sigurno neću. Šteta, jer su bili odlični.

Zaposleni nisu nimalo ljubazni I zato će izgubiti klijente zasigurno.
