Restoran Stari Bunar — Restaurant in City of Vranje

The place is nice, the food is ok, the prices are ok.

The service is beyond terrible - we didn't receive one salad that we ordered because the waiter didn't write the order down and then bought us another salad that we didn't order so we refused it.

I wanted draught beer - they didn't have any draught beer just bottled. Ordered a Carslberg and received 0.25L bottle - miniscule. The largest beer that hey had was 0.33L which for a restaurant is not acceptible - it's not a bar. When i asked for a beer glas the waiter told me that they didn't have any and that i should drink from a water glass. 10 min later the people at the table next to us received beers with beer glasses.

The waiters were screaming to each other like orangutans.

We waited for the main course about 50 mins and it was ok at best. When we asked for the leftovers to be packed the waiter brought us foil and a plastic bag to pack the food ourselves. This is something that i have never seen before and hope never to see again.

Аt least 2 other parties received wrong orders too, while a third group had enough and after salads cancelled their main course order, payed, got up and left.

Save your nerves and go to "Kod Bake na rucak" or "Gradska Meana", you can't go wrong...

we ate dinner and breakfast here while stopping service was really kind and knew english quite well! The food was good, however one small issue i found, is that there was no English menu at all. We had to use google translator for the entire evening and morning, so it was really hard to pick. Unfortunately the service was kind however it took awfully long time until they delivered our food! Nonetheless, it tasted good, even if half of the time we werent sure what we were picking- (the google translator was awful)

The music was also interesting.... I didn't expect much, but it was insane what was going down in the aux. Once it was classical, then boogie dance music, then plain pop... It didn't bother me it just kinda ruined the overall atmosphere

Regardless I liked...

Ambient and music are quite nice. Everything else is a disaster. When we asked could we sit inside because it was warm outside, waiter working outside rolled his eyes and said “yeah whatever” (provably because he was not having enough tables filled). Service was extremely slow and when food finally arrived it was cold and disgusting. Absolutely worst minced meat (ćevapi, uštipci, pljeskavica) we have ever eaten. It is like it is made from luncheon meet (spam), rotten baloney or just rubber. Avoid this place if you...
