This is the best snow cream and bubble waffle shop in SLC, and among the best I've ever had (which is saying a lot coming from the San Gabriel Valley). Definitely try each month's new snow cream creation: I've never been disappointed, and Shiokuma always somehow hits the nail on the head with their flavors. Just had cinnamon which sounded odd, but it tastes like a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch on a Saturday Morning (their name) from my childhood. All of their snow cream flavors are spot on and not too sweet (if you like matcha, their matcha snow cream is the real deal). The bubble waffles are warm and perfectly crispy, and the batter is Goldilocks-level, just-right sweet. Don't miss the mochi waffle (the best, a mochi somehow in every bubble) and their pepperoni and cheese waffle with pizza dipping sauce (on mosy days I prefer this to actual pizza). Service is always amazing, whether you go in store or visit their mobile truck. I LOVE...
Read moreRecently discovered this place thanks to my boyfriend. I love it, and we both randomly crave Shiro Kuma all the time now! Other than that slightly annoying inconsistency, I have no complaints. Any mistakes they've ever made on an order have always been quickly corrected with no extra charge or hassle. I hope more locations pop up someday, I never want to experience life the way it was before Snow...
Read moreI had high hopes for this place despite what I had been told by some friends. I was hoping for something that resembled what I had ordered in similar places in the past. It was good enough to satiate the craving but it was a little over priced. I prefer the frozen yogurt model where I can scoop my own toppings and pay by the weight instead of $0.35 for every single topping. They should also put pricing on their signature combinations because it’s hard to know how many of these toppings you’re paying for. A $4.99 regular quickly becomes $6.50-$7.00. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here but if you’re in the area and looking for something a little different then...
