This is the best snow cream and bubble waffle shop in SLC, and among the best I've ever had (which is saying a lot coming from the San Gabriel Valley). Definitely try each month's new snow cream creation: I've never been disappointed, and Shiokuma always somehow hits the nail on the head with their flavors. Just had cinnamon which sounded odd, but it tastes like a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch on a Saturday Morning (their name) from my childhood. All of their snow cream flavors are spot on and not too sweet (if you like matcha, their matcha snow cream is the real deal). The bubble waffles are warm and perfectly crispy, and the batter is Goldilocks-level, just-right sweet. Don't miss the mochi waffle (the best, a mochi somehow in every bubble) and their pepperoni and cheese waffle with pizza dipping sauce (on mosy days I prefer this to actual pizza). Service is always amazing, whether you go in store or visit their mobile truck. I LOVE...

Recently discovered this place thanks to my boyfriend. I love it, and we both randomly crave Shiro Kuma all the time now! Snow cream is so much better than ice cream for so many reasons and I was completely unaware of it all until trying this place. I wish there were more locations, and lately they've been a little inconsistent on their policy about whether or not they'll accept cash payment... sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't, and theres no real way to know unless you call and place the order ahead of time. Other than that slightly annoying inconsistency, I have no complaints. Any mistakes they've ever made on an order have always been quickly corrected with no extra charge or hassle. I hope more locations pop up someday, I never want to experience life the way it was before Snow...

I had high hopes for this place despite what I had been told by some friends. I was hoping for something that resembled what I had ordered in similar places in the past. It was good enough to satiate the craving but it was a little over priced. I prefer the frozen yogurt model where I can scoop my own toppings and pay by the weight instead of $0.35 for every single topping. They should also put pricing on their signature combinations because it’s hard to know how many of these toppings you’re paying for. A $4.99 regular quickly becomes $6.50-$7.00. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here but if you’re in the area and looking for something a little different then...

Snow ice! In Salt Lake City! It truly is the best snow on earth, isn't it? Or it's something like that, at least. I'll level with you: I watched an episode of Kantaro: The Sweet Tooth Salary Man on Netflix where they featured kakigori, a Japanese dessert that seemed not too dissimilar. When I realized there was a Taiwanese snow ice place in West Valley City, I had to go. I didn't regret it, I think — but maybe I wouldn't get the red beans next time. This was good, and the prices weren't too steep, but it wasn't magical. Still, I think I'll be craving this again in two or three months, and I'll have to go then. I'm excited already.

I LOVE LYCHEES. I can never seem to find them used in desserts around here, but this place absolutely satisfied my cravings. This snow cream is the most fluffy ice cream you've ever had. I decided to go for the coconut flavor, and I could taste the real pieces of coconut in my ice cream. The condensed milk is a must and completely added to my experience. I couldn't pass up on the popping boba balls, and chose the suggestion of the girl working (passion fruit). This place is an awesome hidden gem.

Amazing flavors and a totally unique experience! Shiro Kuma is unlike anything else in the valley, and 100% worth the trip from wherever you live. The texture of the snow cream is very light, soft, and delicate, and is totally complimented by the exotic flavors and toppings. If you're not quite ready to try some of the more adventurous flavors though, they also have some more familiar options (caramel, chocolate, etc) which are also amazing. Can't recommend strongly enough!

From the moment you enter the plain ish room the sweet aroma attacks your nose seducing you to something sweet lol. Nice small place cool design. Tried the mochi bubble waffle it was cool(7/10) I tried my sister's own the chocolate chip better Lolz (9/10). Nice place for a quick snack took some time to make the bubble waffle tho but there is yogurtland/menchies type of dessert. Gets busy at night recommend level 8! Try the Bubble waffle it's their ultimate weapon 🔥

Kind of a mix between shaved ice and frozen yogurt. I got strawberry (which is made from real strawberries!) and it was delicious! The sheets of ice were light and flaky, almost like the ice version of cotton candy. I got mangos, mochi and sweetened condensed milk as toppings — I think the milk may have weighed it down too much. The suggested combinations all looked tasty and the bubble waffles smelled AMAZING so maybe I’ll try one of those next time.

Just tried them at the Utah Arts Festival and fell in love with the dude who made my coconutty chocolate snow cream of my dreams. Not even sure what I loved more, the surprisingly fun and delicious snow cream or the feeling of meeting an immediate best friend. Will track them down for more snow cream and good vibes soon! Oh and thanks for letting me try your little candy! You should totally make them an add in! 💚
