Haidilao has mastered this concept and elevated it to a global phenomenon, with restaurants across the world renowned not only for their quality but also for their exceptional service.

Our visit to Haidilao at Marina Bay Sands exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted us warmly, and every detail was attended to, setting the tone for an enjoyable evening. The table was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group, making it easy to enjoy the meal without feeling cramped.

The variety and quality of the ingredients were impressive, and everything was fresh and flavourful. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the soup bases, especially the new collagen chicken soup, which was rich, delicious, and a definite crowd-pleaser at our table.

As it was one of our friend’s birthdays, we informed the staff about the celebration, and they truly went above and beyond to make it special. Haidilao’s famous singing and dancing performance added a lively, festive touch, and they surprised us with a small cake, fresh fruit, and a big gift bag filled with Chinese New Year goodies and snacks. This thoughtful gesture made the evening even more memorable.

We were also treated to a mesmerizing performance of Bian Lian (face-changing), a traditional Chinese art form where performers change masks in the blink of an eye. For two of our friends who were experiencing this for the first time, it was an unforgettable and highly entertaining highlight of the night.

But the true star of our experience was our server, Jay. From start to finish, his service was exceptional. Jay was attentive, friendly, and proactive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. On top of that, his singing and dancing skills added a fun and personal touch to the celebration. He kept us entertained and made the evening truly special. Jay’s dedication and enthusiasm left a lasting impression on all of us, making him the highlight of our visit.

The combination of excellent food, thoughtful gestures, cultural performances, and stellar service made it a night to remember.
