I have been going to this place since they started at Prime Supermarket and then moved twice to the current location. Its been more than 10yrs. Rojak as always top notch for me. The gravy of the rojak plays a vital role in making yr rojak to be nice or not. Last i went there was on friday (16May25) around 5pm plus. We managed to get a place right at the back. Several feedbacks i think i have to give with the recent encounter. 1.The 2 back tables with "reserved" signs were the only table for people who came with more than 4. Can u pls provide more table of 5-6 near the front. There were no aircon at the place that we sat, meaning the aircon were placed on the front ,so those people at the 2 back table could not feel the aircon at all. We were sweating bad.As the place is often crowded, why you couldn't add another aircon unit to the back? Fm Day 1,you moved here up till nw,the waiting Q for rojak is ridiculous. Did your boss not monitor the average waiting q to hv a rojak could be more than 30mins?!! Did you not buy more deep fryers or hv more woks to fried the rojaks at 1 time? The waiting time is like there is only 1 wok in the kitchen!!. Its been YEARS!PLS DO SOMETHING! 4.My husband and i was at the Q telling the cashier i wanted 1 mee gorg n 1 kwayteow (pedas) i repeated 2-3 times n my husband heard it. In fact wherever i went to, i nvr failed to rqst "pedas" for my mee gorg. But later upon received it, it was not even pedas and not even nice to the standard.I went back to the cashier to ask,he sd,i did not rqst "pedas" earlier,if i had do that, definitely they hv taken note of it!!! I sd i did, but no matter wat,he still said i did not rqst! Should i asked u to rewind the cctv to prove it?? I decided it was no pt to argue . Total we spent was $100 plus for 2 full plates of rojak,1 mee gorg,q kway teow, 5 drinks. I was like? 😲I know their prices was always steep, nvr it occured to me rojak alone was $80plus. The ridiculous of buying rojak is they only tell u the price after they hv friedn n cut it.Like why they couldn't inform you before that? This is what most people are wondering too. I haven't been coming here for nearly 2 yrs becos of these reasons above.Last 2 days i brought my aunt n uncle fm Australia as they wanted rojak last min, n that was why i came back as it was nearer to us. After all this unpleasantness, maybe i just should go elsewhere next time. It just not worth it! It just show the boss just greedy and nvr make any improvements to their customer service for Q,the aircon, the calculations of the rojaks n staffs...

Indian Mamak food stall was very popular recently, many new similar Indian eatery open Islandwide. Especially they are now upgrade to more franchise looks with clean and standardized modern meal experience.
Located at commercial building with air-conditioned, this pretty new Indian Mamak eatery provide wide variety of food selections and seats. Pick your favorite Rojak items, send it to counter and make all other food orders and collect calling device and pay upon food collection. But beverage counter at the right side you have to order, pay and collect on the spot.
As for the foods, I do like my Maggi Mee Goreng, an fried instant noodle with mutton. Yes. Very well stir-fry, not oily, got good wok-hey. Flavourful and not over seasoning. Simple balance and fragrance. Loved it.
For their popular Indian Rojak, I don't taste fantastic but just good. Lots of Rojak selections, it was clean and well fried. Not all are good, I am only like some of it, especially fried onions dough, it was delicious!
As for rest of the Rojak items, pretty common, can tell not specially fresh made, or maybe leave it for hours. Their chilli gravy was just okay, not outstanding. If you really like Indian Rojak, I must say, the best Indian Rojak in Singapore, still the two at West Coast Drive, they tucked at Ayer Rajah Food Centre. Try it if you have chance. But I can't deny that this AI Mahboob Rojak is much cleaner and more hygienic.
As last, their beverage, Ice Teh Tarik, it was very common, no tea pulling (Teh Tarik) action at all even I mentioned it. Charging at $3.30 is way too expensive. Not worth it. Teh Tarik no Tarik. So shame.
Overall, $6.50 for fried instant noodle with little mutton meat. Delicious and worthy. Then 4 items of Indian Rojak at $8.70. Fair. But can be better. Ice Teh Tarik with Tarik cost $3.30. Not worth it. Total cost $18.50. $$$$
Honestly, Not recommended to pay a special visit. Unless you stay...
Read moreI tend to share the same sentiments as Khatijah Ahmad from 4 months ago; they are too calculating about their gravy. This is not the first time I was refused additional gravy and I've given them a few chances thinking that those were random events. But after today, it is confirmed I will not go there again. The atmosphere is actually good but the service totally destroyed our mood to eat. What is wrong in giving your customers extra gravy when the measly tiny Styrofoam bowl is not enough? Especially when you can see that we are coming to you with an EMPTY bowl and not asking you for extra bowls or bringing my own container to bring your gravy home. Also, if you doubt your customer, you can always walk to our table and take a look to see if all our bowls have indeed dried up and whether we are still left with some more rojak to dip. After today, I realise it's their policy to be as stingy as possible with the gravy. Yes, Khatijah is right, even for a large plate they only gave one tiny bowl of gravy, unless you mention it. Judging from the much lower crowd than usual today, I believe many of the regulars are also disappointed and have taken Mahboob off their list of favourites. While I agree their rojak is quite good, it is also priced quite high which I am willing to pay. But unreasonable, arrogant attitude? That I will not tolerate even if they sell at half the price! They were not like this several years back (you can see that I am a regular customer to know this) but looks like I'll just have to go back to West Coast Food Centre to have my nice friendly rojak from now on. Yes, there's good rojak there too, and very humble sellers who value your patronage. I actually want to give them MINUS 5 stars for today's service and atmosphere, but there's no option for that, so I shall just not tick any star for...
