Al Sarah Onan Road — Restaurant in Singapore

Food is average nothing special but their customer service is really bad. It was my first time there to only know Al Azhar took over the entire shop. Wanted to give it a try so I ordered their tandoori roti and veg dhal. After the order was taken the waiter went to place the order into their system. As he was doing so I looked through the menu further and saw they had chapati and dhal set. Once the waiter keyed on the order and turned, I immediately called him and ask if I could change my order. To my surprise he turned my request down and say he cannot do so as it's already made. I was shocked as within the 1 minute my order has already been made? ( but the food only came after about 6 to 8 minutes). When I went to make my payment and asked the cashier why is I cannot change my order, the cashier told me that the waiter will have to head over to the cashier if there's a need to change the order and it's the customer's responsibility to order properly. Didnt want to discuss any further, made the payment and left. It's really shocking that a customer cant change his or her mind after placing their orders there. This is just my experience I'm sharing and others could be treated...

Usually i would not rate 1star but sadly i have to this time.. As im doing food delivery, i only managed to break my fast with just a cup of cofee.. So after work, decided to get myself a packet of Nasi Goreng Daging Merah.. which cost almost 8dlrs a packet.. Riding from Geylang back to home at Bukit Batok then i realised food given was sadly dissapointed. Only 2pieces of slice meat in it! I hope owner pls do something.. Do let ur customer know if item is not available or not enuf.. we are paying customer.. and to have my first meal after a day long fast like this... its really...

I Had To Wait 30 Mins For My Prata

This restaurant has dropped it’s quality significantly after the renovation.

Had to return the teh tarik ice because it was bland and diluted. The guy was kind enough to change my drink but the 2nd drink tasted extremely milky.

Teh Tarik - $1.40 Teh Tarik Ice - $2.30

While the prata itself was nice, i wasn’t a fan of the curry.. but everyone has their own opinion on curry so you might like it :)

Prata Banjir - $3.50 Prata Telur + Prata Kosong - $3
