Ding Ji Teochew Noodle — Restaurant in Singapore

Giving it a 1 star. Here's why:

1.) Staff is unfriendly, same vibe as bukit gombak branch

2.) Stall is infested with flies. During one instance, there was even a rat at floor internally which cause the tall female staff to scream and dash out of the stall

3.) Portion is really, pathetic... three to four mouthful... what's up with this really

4.) Laksa is always out by mid day. Then why bother having that menu on your list

5.) Their menu price is very expensive. Makes you wonder why you would want to spend estimated $5 per bowl of noodles which can't fill your stomach due to the...

Ate the Chilli Pan Mee. Haven’t eaten this here in months and decided to come back. Standard has drastically dropped. Used to be delicious similar to the one at Bugis Junction. Today’s experience was bland and watery.

Though I’m seeing recent posts commending the Chilli Pan Mee, to which I presume the standard is dependent of which person is preparing the food that day.

It depends on what hours of the day u patronise the stall. If it is after 11am, an elderly lady cooks and that's the best, she does not overcooked the noodles, uses good seasoning judgment, I gave a 4 stars for that. If it's cooked by an elderly uncle in the evening, then don't bother. He overcooked everything, even the most simple bee hoon soup. Omg. I won't even give 1...
