Update: 14/12/2022 Wed

DJ Bakery: Missed the shop for two months, just found out coconut is $1.30 instead of S$0.90 (Last buy 14/10/22 Kaya was $1.10)

Value and taste now at par with three other bakery shops in Bangkit area.

Thanks seller for keeping the prices low during the three years covid-19 period. It is fair to update the prices now amid global inflation. CKL 14/12/2022 Wed 0816 Singapore

DJ Bakery: Best value and taste versus three other bakery shops in Bangkit area after over one year buying. 2. Examples: Red Bean: S$0.60, Butter Sugar Daddy :S$0.60, Coconut" S$0.90, Snow White Donut: S$0.90, Old School Kaya: S$1.10, etc....3. Fillings like coconut paste and red bean paste are generous and taste good. 4. Chinese New Year seasons, bun prices in the other shop has raised by around 20% like Yam bun, before: S$1, now selling S$1.20 since early Jan 2022, noticed price tags have been removed. 5. Thanks to DJ Bakery, no change in prices. 6. Malay cashier is friendly and polite. 7. Compared thirteen bakery shops in Choa Chu Kang and Bukit Panjang areas, hard to find a shop like DJ selling buns below S$1, yet still with generous fillings and taste is still good.

Hope to support this shop so it could stay on as long as possible, since buying buns almost every morning for breakfast. CKL 25 Jan...

I would like to feedback on your staff customer service at the Bangkit outlet. I wanted to use cash payment for the breads that I intend to purchase, however, due one of the 20cent coins which looks abit old. The staff did not want to accept my payment and insisted that I have to change the coin for her. As it was the last 20cent coins that I have in my wallet and the attitude that was given to me, I ended up decided not to purchase the breads instead. It seems to be that this outlet of DJ bakery only accept “clean” coins and an old 20cents coins are not...
