On March 17th I did an order online through the website. I had a problem with the payment because the payment was made 6 times (72 dollars, when I only had to pay 12) in a row so I had to go to this place where I had ordered. I was calling while I was arriving, I made about 12 calls and they did not pick up even one of them, when I arrived at the establishment I realized that they let the cell phone ring and ignored it on purpose. When I arrived it took them half an hour to attend to me, even though I told them I had a problem with my order. After waiting, they continued to ignore me and I had to insist up to 4 times to get to talk to one of them. The girl who attended me did it with reluctance, did not offer me any kind of help nor did she provide me with any information other than telling me to write to the website. I wanted to continue talking to her so that she could locate my order to at least take the pizza and she turned around and left. I waited there and received nothing but indifference. I understand that the problem with the website is not their fault, but the customer service they provided is terrible and inhumane. If I could put 0 stars I would, I insist that if you can avoid this establishment do it. In my life I had been treated worse and especially having a problem. there is no option for me to cancel my order online and the "live pizza tracker" has been stuck at "your order is being made" for the past 3 hours.
regretted for not reading the google review before placing my order. no improvement despite all the bad review on the same issues.
given up waiting will source for other food and demand a full refund
an updated. after 3hr 30min the staff called me and asked me if i wanted to proceed with my order but i choose to cancel as i had already ate something else.

On 31 March 24, at approximately 5pm, I placed an online order for pickup at the Jurong Green Community Club. Upon arriving at the location around 7pm, I was surprised to find that there were no Domino's staff present at the customer service counter.
Despite waiting patiently for 20 minutes, I received no assistance. Eventually, I approached a staff member to inquire about retrieving my order from the food rack, where several ready pizza boxes were displayed. Regrettably, this interaction was met with hostility and rudeness from the staff member.
While I empathize with the challenges of staffing shortages and the resulting pressure on your employees, I believe that such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. As a loyal patron of Domino's Pizza, I expect a level of professionalism and courtesy consistent with the esteemed reputation of your brand.
