Domino's Pizza Kebun Baru — Restaurant in Singapore

Ordered advance pick up from this outlet and wanted to call up domino to omit out the garlic butter oil to be brushed at the sides (I always done it without any issues) but today I called about 10x and no one picked up. So I thought of heading down in advance to let them know. I ordered pick up at 8.45 when down at 8.30, pizza was already done. I told the staff “actually I tried calling alot of times so that I can ask if I can omit the garlic butter on the pizza or not” The staff replied “oh” then proceed pack my pizza. Is he acknowledging the issue here? I guess not. And the outlet only has like 3 physical customers when I visited and 6 boxes of pizzas (including 2 of mine) pending to pick up. So what is so busy that they can’t even answer the phone calls? Previously when the line is centralised I could easily request such but now I guess I can no longer enjoy domino pizza without having to visit them even earlier before my pick up timing. Also I added extra $1 to change my sides to brownies, look at how pathetic it is no extra words needed.

On a good side note my pizza is...

6th of April 2025 They gave me some free pizza due to my last complain.

So why not order some more from them..

Lighting really strike twice.

Ordered 2 large pizza Hand tossed crust

1 large pizza New York crust

Regular pizza Hand tossed

In the end they delivered 3 large new York crust instead and i give them a round of applause that they managed to get the regular correct.

Seriously what is it with them on the new York crust and large pizza.

Pizza was cold as usual, suggest buying from ntuc and making it yourself... at least it's hot.

Gave them a call but no one answer as usual.

Domino you really have out done yourself this time..

30th of March 2025 Ordered hand toss Delivery gave me the thin crust

Ordered 1945hrs Arrived 2115hrs Food arrived cold

Pressed that the delivery has arrived around 2100hrs. But in the end came at 2115hrs

Called them about the messed up order No one...

Decided to give Domino's a try & it was a MISTAKE. Food was meh but worse of all was the service and managment. My family ordered only from this chain twice and both times were a mess. On one occasion, they failed to deliver our food for around 3 hours and ended up cancelling on us so we had to go out to buy food at late hours of the night, starving (P.S. Taking note that we were also rushing to eat because we had to rush as one of my family members had to be hospitalised). We were furious and after lodging a complain, they think they could send us our orders after a refund when we already had our food and left the house. When we told them not to, they just dump the pizzas at our doorstep and left. I understand that plenty of stores have messed up more than once but to have to deal with so much issue over just pizza is ridiculous so definitely NOT eating from...
