Aside from serving your usual Western dishes, Flippin' Good's menu is full of everyone's favourite pancakes, plus a really unique creation---Pancake Nachos! 🥞

🍝Chicken Bolognese Nachos ($13.90) Instead of using regular tortilla chips, these nachos are made from pancake batter---each plain chip reminds me a bit of those Korean waffle butter biscuits, really tasty! The bolognese sauce in the middle tastes like your standard average sauce, and a small platter of other dips allow for more variety.

🥞Sausage Flapjacks ($14.90) This plate comes with 2 flapjacks, sausages, tater tots and scrambled eggs. Pretty standard, like something you'd whip up at home. A nice balance of sweet and savoury.

⚪️Baked Truffle Carbonara ($16.90) My favourite item cuz this was sooo cheesy and creamy😍 the truffle taste was quite noticeable and every bite was just sublime. Would return just for this!

🍓Strawberry Cream Cheese Pancakes w Ice Cream ($12.90 + $2.90) Such a cute dessert, I love how homely the decoration is 🥰 the cream cheese is a bit on the tangier side so it tastes a bit cheaper, but adding some syrup mitigates it a little. Add $2.90 for a scoop of ice cream---it's your typical storebought (we assume Nestle?) ice cream, but it pairs pretty well with the pancake.

🍿Popcorn Caramel Shake ($8.90) Suuuuper sweet I think this is best ordered if you have an intense sweet tooth cuz we needed to wash this with a bit of spritzer after every sip 😅 still pretty tasty though, like a milkshake should be.

🥤Kiwi, Lime, Lychee Spritzer ($5.90) Very refreshing! Enjoyed this a lot and the presentation was great too 🙏

Ordered a takeaway this evening, my personal feedback of dishes i ordered.

Gourmet Fried chicken & egg fried rice It is sadly quite disappointing. Portion wise was very generous. Taste was very bland. The chicken portions don’t even live up to its name as “fried chicken”. I was expecting better chicken bits which would make it worth. But sadly recieve dry chicken bits. Havent finish two-third of the fried rice, my chicken finish alr. The meat to rice ratio was very2 off. For $9.90, i could get a better rice dish.

Fish & Chips The dish was made to pair well with the spring onion dip. Probably the only dish which could be finished without a hassle. Would appreciate it if the fries had more seasoning as it taste slightly bland. The fish texture was great and easy for consumption.

Cheesy Nacho Unique side dish which actually surprised me. The dipping sauces were great and portion is generous. Great for sharing. No downside on this dish.

Chessy Fries The dish was very neutral and not appetising. Barely had any seasoning on the fries and the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese seems to make it more ‘jelak’ . At $9.90, i do really expect for a more appetising side dish. The cheesy nachos is definitely a better side dish to go for rather than cheesy fries or regular fries.

Came to an empty restaurant, and wanted to sit outside, but a kind waiter (Riss) told us to sit inside and he’ll turn on the aircon for us!!

We got the Bacon & Sausage Pizza, Aglio Olio (+ smoked salmon), and lamb bolognese nachos. For dessert we got the classic 2pc short pancakes (devoured.. dont have a pic.. sorry..)

To start, the lamb bolognese nachos IS A HIT!!!! We knew it was homemade but didn’t know it was PANCAKE nachos. Which was surprisingly tasty! 4 dips were provided and they were all so good. The sundried tomato dip is my fav, and my partner loved the salsa.

The aglio olio was good, and just the right level of spice! It wasn’t dry, and had a lot of flavour unlike other aglio olios I’ve had. The portion was just right to fill my tummy and I got the smoked salmon as an add on, which was a delicious choice!!

The pizza was on the cheesier side, but maybe because we started with nachos. So we recommend you keep that in mind unless you are a cheese fan. Surprisingly no crust and the dough was chewy once the pizza cooled down. Overall an ok pizza!

The pancakes were BUSSSSSSS…. So fluffy, light and just amazing. Slight burn but gave a very crispy twist to it. Syrup was very sweet so watch your portions! We lowkey regretted getting only 2. Other people came in and we realised they came for 2 things… pancakes and NACHOS! So deffo give those a try guys!

Will definitely come back when we get the late night munchies!!! So...
