Very inflexible and poor service. We were in a big group of 13 and requested to have tables side by side (it is 9pm and plenty of space) but they said their tables are unstable and unable to combine. They refused lay out a bigger table outside and didnāt allow us to go to a closed off area. Basically they made us split into two tables and made no effort to accommodate our request.
While ordering indoors, the reception is poor and there is no wifi. None of our phones could connect hence we had to order outside. Then they told us the credit card discount only applies for online orders. In a deadpan too bad I donāt care tone.
When I asked which is their signature beancurd, they pointed to the sign above and said ālook up thereā.
No smile on her face throughout.

Last night, with a craving for crab, I headed to this restaurant. The āliveā crab cost me $78 per kilogram, and I ordered chilli crab. Much to my dismay, the crabās meat was way too tight and compressed. I reckon it's due to the crab in a state of flux and about to die, hence, the condition of the meat. The sauce of the dish was too sweet, and it just didn't seems right.
I should not be visiting this place for a long time to come. Perhaps, the appropriate statement would be NEVER....
