Visited around 5:30 PM. 2 staff were there one was preparing a drink, while the other appeared to be pretending to stay busy, topping up cups. They completely ignored me. Then i asked, “Can i order?” The staff member with the brown hair clip responded sharply with, “WAIT.” She later took my order with a bad attitude, rude and unprofessional. She couldn’t hear my order and abruptly said, “WHAT?” Omg completely lacking basic manners, let alone proper customer service. I paid for my drink, i wasn’t asking for free. If someone can’t do the job properly, they shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role. She even put her finger inside the cup, so where is the hygiene? The drink quality was also disappointing and far below standard. Honestly, I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Not come back anymore and recommend people do not visit this store. If ur staff have attitude, please ask them dun need to come work. My youngest sister went for order at this outlet and Last minute wanted to change order then ur staff do the first two cup of drinks alr. She said “then this two cups of drinks do for nth lorh” First, if have attitude dun do any customer service. Second, my sister haven’t even done the payment. there were 2 ready drinks from different customers (1 was mine) but instead of serving either of them, the staff just went to make the drinks for the newer customers in line. i was in a rush and was quite annoyed. hello? it wont take you more than 2 seconds to walk a few centimetres and simply pass me my already prepared drink. i saw the girl next to me having to personally tell the staff to pass her the drink first as they were in a rush, then the staff would.
