Donkey and I were exploring Junction Nine for the first time, and before our massage, we popped into iTEA for a quick drink. We'd had good experiences at other iTEA locations, so we knew what to expect. The staff member was friendly and suggested the Osmanthus Long Jing tea, which sounded perfect. We got a tall one with normal ice, and with a 50% sweetness, at S$3.90! The tea was delicious – perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and beautifully aromatic. It was exactly the refreshing pick-me-up we needed.

Meanwhile, they made other people’s drinks first. I waited for 20 minutes, and when I asked about my order, the cashier just pointed at my cup and told the barista that it had been forgotten. My number was 60 and they had already served all the way to 66. Zero apology for making me wait. Extremely ridiculous.
To make things worse, I had a similar issue the day before. I ordered extra pearls for my tea, was charged for them, but they didn’t even add the extra pearls! They’re constantly stingy with the pearls, and the service is terrible. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Please fix your...
