I found a soft material in my drink while drinking it, and thought it was an ice and chewed it, lucky it was soft and I did not swallowed it, lucky I am old enough to realised that it was wrong, how about others who are younger and do not feel the difference. This is really shocking despite me ordering from itea many many times. I have the pictures as well

Have been buying itea for many years. Never once were the staff friendly or smiling. But today, the guy staff E (couldn't see his name tag, too small) greeted us and took our order with a smile. Hopefully more itea staff can be as personable as him. Great job, E!

I got the mango sago pomelo and it was so refreshing and the mango tasted so fresh 😋🥭 . With the crazy hot humid weather, is the perfect drink to get and is available in both in the medium and tall size. Really recommend this drink😬😬

I was with a group of friends and a female that looked like she was in her early to mid twenties was one of the rudest members of staff I’ve ever had an interaction with at Itea. While ordering I told her that I wanted to order together with my friend but we were going to pay separately ( both of us paid in cash we were just going to pay for the items one by one) and she just scoffed at us and said: ok y’all just order separately. Her tone of voice was extremely rude and impatient. Then while waiting for my order I stood near the collection counter and she shouted: don’t stand there you stand at the side. In the first place I wasn’t even in anyone’s way. Second, who is she to be shouting at me like that. Most members of staff at itea usually have basic respect for others but clearly not her. Her behaviour was extremely unprofessional and...

Rudest server ever at Tampines Hub outlet. I was waiting quietly in line to buy a drink when a female server wearing glasses and hair tied in a messy bun shouted intelligibly at me. After i had paid for my drink and was waiting for my drink, she shouted at me again. I asked her what was the issue that she kept shouting about, and she rolled her eyes and avoided answering. Extremely rude and infuriating attitude. Please do not bully customers - i am just there to get a drink. Will avoid this outlet in future as much as i can - no drink is worth getting shouted at...

Ordered a 25% Sugar Oreo Ice Blended at outlet Our Tampines Hub on 20/12/2022 , Monday @ around 1715pm...the Oreo tasted SOOO TASTELESS&BLAND...Went back to change for A new cup...still the same TASTELESS...please do not be stingy on your flavours...Saw the staff there adding so LITTLE amount of thecwhite powder and only one packet of oreo and yet charging at $3.10...Please be more GENEROUS if you want returning Customers...
