John’s Pizzeria & Bakery in Alexandra is a hidden gem that delivers an authentic Italian dining experience right here in Singapore. From the moment you step inside, the cozy ambiance and the aroma of freshly baked bread and pizza will transport you straight to Italy.

The menu at John’s is a delightful blend of traditional Italian favorites and creative twists. Their pizzas are a true highlight – thin, crispy crusts topped with the freshest ingredients, from classic Margheritas to unique combinations like truffle mushroom. Each bite is a burst of flavors that will satisfy even the most discerning pizza lover.

But John’s is not just about pizza. Their bakery offerings are equally impressive. The selection of bread, pastries, and desserts is a testament to their commitment to quality. The croissants are flaky, the focaccia is heavenly, and their tiramisu is an absolute must-try.

One aspect that sets John’s apart is their attention to detail. The service is impeccable, and the staff is knowledgeable about the menu, ready to offer recommendations or customize dishes to your liking. This personal touch adds to the overall dining experience.

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it perfect for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends and family. Whether you choose to dine indoors or on the charming outdoor patio, you’ll feel at ease.

One minor consideration is that John’s Pizzeria & Bakery can get quite busy during peak hours, so it’s advisable to make a reservation, especially if you have a large group.

In summary, John’s Pizzeria & Bakery in Alexandra is a delightful culinary destination for anyone craving a taste of Italy. With its mouthwatering pizzas, delightful pastries, and top-notch service, it’s a place that will keep you coming back for more. Don’t miss the opportunity to savor the flavors of Italy right here...

I rarely write complaints, but John’s Pizza has crossed every line possible and deserves the absolute worst review. They boldly claim to serve authentic American pizza, but what they actually deliver is cold, tasteless garbage that is unfit for consumption. Last weekend, my family made the mistake of ordering from them and it turned into a complete disaster.Their online ordering system is a total joke their website constantly crashes, showing wrong information and their contact number is never answered. Trying to reach anyone in the management is like shouting into a void. The staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There is zero customer service they treat customers like an inconvenience.

The management is nothing short of incompetent. No sense of responsibility, no accountability and absolutely no effort to resolve the situation. I waited over an hour for my order, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was ice-cold, looked like it had been sitting in a freezer for weeks, and the crust was rock-hard. The toppings were sparse, flavorless, and appeared expired. It was not just bad it was disgusting.

To make matters worse, the restaurant has no hygiene standards. The delivery packaging was dirty, and I seriously doubt the kitchen is clean. I would not be surprised if they cut corners on everything, from ingredients to operations.

It’s obvious this place survives only on fake, paid reviews because no real customer in their right mind would ever recommend it. The management must think customers are fools to tolerate such blatant lies and garbage food.

This was our LAST order ever from John’s Pizza. I strongly advise EVERYONE to avoid this joke of a restaurant at all costs. A total disgrace to the...

I've ordered from John's on numerous occasions and it has been great but my last order was not up to scratch. Upon arriving the order was cold and I raised this concern with the driver asking him to wait at my door whilst I called the store to speak with the manager who was not available so I told him to leave whilst I attempted to get this resolved. I was given a mobile number for the manager Nina who was very empathetic and asked if I would like to get a new pizza sent out which I declined as I had already waited 90 minutes but I asked to redeem a pizza at a later date to which she initially said would be ok upon checking with the matter with her team. I followed up later that evening and unfortunately missed Nina's call. Today I called back to claim the pizza that I believed I was entitled to and to my surprise Nina was not forthcoming insisting that my claim that it was cold was incorrect. I responded by telling her to check with the delivery driver who could confirm I raised this concern with him on the doorstep and he even joked that I could warm it up in the oven, why would I need to do that if it was "hot"? Nina wasn't willing to offer an alternative resolution so I told her I will be leaving a review and I was gobsmacked when she told me I would be banned from ordering again if I left a review which is wrong on so many levels. The moral of this review is that John's pizza will be glad to serve you great quality NY style pizza but expect to be met with 1* customer service if you ever have a problem with your order and get banned from ordering if you leave a...

Finally tried this after passing by a few times. Firstly it is rather inconvenient for me because I stay in an area that none of their outlets serve, so the only way to try their food is if I have a car to go to their outlet and order takeaway - because unfortunately they aren't really suited for dine in. Ordered the deep dish John's 4 way and love the innovative flavours. However I didn't think the pizza crust was that great - not sure what their recipe is for the starter but they might need to try a different kind of flour mix - maybe wholemeal/rye flour for some extra depth of flavour. Service was just so so, couldn't even get chili flakes or parmesan cheese for free having paid north of $40 for a pizza (chargeable at $1 EACH), which in all honesty, left a sour (pun not intended) taste in my mouth, more sour than sourdough. I don't think it's a bad pizza just not something I would jump through so many hoops to get to. Trying once is enough and with all things considered including the price and the extra charge for the chili flakes and cheese, and very average crust at a more than average price...am unlikely to come back. It's not that I don't appreciate deep dish pizza, I love a good one and I do go around looking for a good one - the most out of this world one I had in Asia is in a place called motor city in Itaewon in Seoul. Btw the lights on the signage have been faulty for the longest time, so in case the owner reads this it could be a good time to fix it.

Very good pizza. I’ve been ordering from here since they first opened, and have dined in and had pizza delivered through apps and through their own delivery service. Deep dish pizza is really good, and be prepared for leftovers because it is a lot of food. Well worth the money as they are definitely premium ingredients. The fact that they have a 4-way option, is really a nice feature. I mean it’s a gourmet pizza, but at least the ownership understands that variety matters. The NY Pizza is also good if you’re looking for something a little less filling. The pepperoni also has a nice cup and char, with the right level of grease - the crust is fantastic with some olive oil or ranch. Dine in experience is great, staff is very friendly and the store is always clean. One thing I’ve noticed when I watch the staff make the pizza, they actually put care into the preparation. It matters. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a good quality, hearty, rustic, and flavorful pizza. One more thing - they are unique in that they always come up with new product ideas every few months. That to me shows active involvement from ownership rather than someone who is just looking to make money. Keep up the good work guys.

Either they were really good when they first started or they bought reviews, hear me out. 🤔 Was on a quest to hunt for the best sourdough pizza in Singapore. Passed by this joint a couple times till they gave up on making pizzas, probably, only because they haven't even replaced the lights on the signboard for easily 2 months now. But nevertheless, still gave them a shot, only to find out that I might never want to eat another alice of sourdough pizza. Placed an order of John's four way pizza which came in a whooping 14 inch rectangular pizza consisting of Ricotta pepperoni Bianca, Supreme, Ricotta chicken mushroom bianca and walnut pesto parmasan chicken sausage. First impression of the sourdough pizza upon opening up the box, I was greeted with tons of cheese, which was great. However, the first bite and subsequent bites were just disappointing as I ate further, and I found it a struggle to finish up even one slice, only because ingredients were not generous and everything was masked with the taste of cheese. Definitely wouldn't recommend these guys, tried once and that's good enough for me.
