Was utterly disappointed, given that we have been very supportive of Jollibee however it seems like the quality is down sliding. As you can see from the picture, chicken were dry and even not juicy chicken.... We used to devour basically the whole chicken but now..., even the fries were hard and cold. It is no longer pleasant like it used to be and it's not the 1st time already. It also depends on the timing that you order... you will be given pieces, that has been resting and waiting for the next order to go! Or rather, we need to bring attention to FSA's to see if there's any lacking process on the food quality. Management should look into this and this should not be...

Staff did not know their own menu well, had difficulty keying in the correct item that i wanted.

Did not receive all of my items that i ordered, the ones that i received was packed wrongly.

Really disappointed in Jollibee, i expected more from them as it wasn’t busy and they should not make these type...
