Kazo - Suntec City — Restaurant in Singapore

My family and I are return customers of this place because the pastries are great, but the customer service honestly is extremely disappointing.

We were purchasing the original cheese tarts at the suntec outlet, 4.30pm today. The girl informed us that it came in a minimum box of 3. We wanted 6 tarts as a gift, so naturally we thought it would come in a bigger box. When it came in separate boxes, my mum asked (nicely btw) if that’s the only size available. And this was the cashier’s response, in a very offended tone: “ya, I just now say already”. Sorry but that was truly uncalled for. Anyone who has worked in the service industry before, would know very well that that’s not the way you respond to a customer.

The only reason why we did not retort back to the girl is because we also work in the service industry, and know that it doesn’t help both sides if we retort back. We hope something gets done, because I believe I’m not the only one who has experienced bad customer service...

Crispy Cream Puff Highlight was the crunchy crust with crispy cookie bits. It’s rather airy inside, and not stuffed choux-full as shared in previous reviews.

On 5th July around 8.15pm, my 1st time dine at your cafe. Just wanted to have a decent cup of coffee. I ordered flat white to try out. Normally i drink my coffee without sugar. This time round i had it with sugar because the coffee tasted so bitter. Probably the coffee beans used is not of goof quality or calibration is out? I wanted to try your tart but i find both ladies at the counter had harsh attitude. My partner were asking the short hair lady the difference between cream puff and the almond one? She replied with nonchalant tone: it's a long puff with almond on top, more crispy than cream puff. Omg what kind of customer service they are providing here? Such a turn off. No basic service nor espression. Please retrain your staffs on basic customer service in order to gain return customer especially at this...
