My husband and I frequent the Sunplaza branch a lot, and this morning, we had a really pleasant experience! The mcdsg team members were rather chirpy and were singing out loud, laughing with each other. It's really obvious that they were all happy working with each other, but yet maintained the efficiency level that is expected of a fast food restaurant. It's really nice to see such a friendly and happy team. Shoutout to the spectacled uncle who was on cleaning duty for being really, really efficient. There wasn't really that much crowd this morning, but he did not stop doing things. One moment he was clearing the trays, another moment he was cleaning the windows. I think he got bored, because when there were no trays to clear, he took a small red pail and went outside to wipe down the sliding glass doors. Despite his age, he certainly looked super fit and was really on the ball for all of the tasks at hand. Highly respected.

It is now January 2023. Nothing has changed! Takeaway order quality remains sub-par. Cappuccino was cold and devoid of foam. Chilli sauce sachets are hard to tear open(not only for one but for most of them). They are complacent about these issues. I would rather travel to either Macs at Sembawang Shopping Centre or Canberra Plaza. The best comeback is to patronize their competitors. Give them a run for their money! Previous Review: I don’t know if it’s a coincidence. Whenever I have a takeaway from here, my items received are less satisfactory. It’s either the hot coffee turned lukewarm upon reaching home or the fillet/burger being wrapped slipshod. This morning to my horror, I discovered the cheese stuck to the box instead of nicely placed in the fillet. I had written about my previous encounters before but Macs turned a ‘deaf ear and a blind eye’. I’m taking my business somewhere else.

Pls kindly take note my cases I need to feedback about my few orders in sunplaza outlets .

1st case : I order via app app and collect in store . On that time my order I got add on 1pc chicken mc crispy. After I collected and open at home that missing the chicken mc crispy ! On that time I nv complaint about it i feel like maybe staff too busy so make mistake …

2nd case : I order in shop is a take away . I ok for waiting time too long I understand it but in the end also missing 1pineapple pie . On that time I go back store to claimed my pie

3rd case : Is on 06/02/2024 I order via grab food . My order is GF-238 (2 prosperity Chicburg 1 medium fries 1 twister fries 1 small zero coke 1 small less sugar coke ) but in the end my order missing 1 burger again ! Only prepare 1 burger inside my order ! The packaging is not opened when grab send to me so I confirm is store problem !

How come nowadays always missing item ?! I paid full price but always missing item . Not only 1 or 2 times now is anlready 3times so I must make a feedback to McDonald . Especially order in grab food we cannot bring back receipt on the spot to store claim it . So for me I will feel like McDonald no respect to customer …

I hope I can get some answer from McDonald Sg …

Being a regular customer at this outlet, your evening peak hour really needs to be improve, literally testing our patience for orders. However, I have no issue with your am shift staffs, all are friendly and service is excellent. Tonight once again, I encountered more than 20minutes wait for my takeaway order. When I saw my Qnumber appeared on screen, I went forward to collect my order but your fellow female elderly crew shoo me away, rudely asked me move aside and wait for number to be called. Arent we suppose to lookup the tv screen? With tolerance, I moved back to waiting area, and I saw one lady approached her at counter asked for a plastic bag. To my shocked, this elderly female crew just pulled a plastic bag and threw it to her. OMG! Why McDonald will hired such rude staff! So ya, finally collected my order, I went home to realise, one of my burger(MIA) not in the bag. Well, for so much trust of your crew packing, guess I have to check my order everytime next time! Ps : I dialled outlet number, and complained of my missing burger. They gladly delivered to my place,...
