Just had a really awful experience with one of the morning shift staff behind the collection point counter. I am quite a regular customer and enjoy the customer service because few of staff are nice but this one female staff in her 40s (morning shift) gave one of the worst customer service. I bought a breakfast sausage wrap and went to collect my food upon calling my queue number, realising the bag didnt have any ketchup. I simply asked ' ketchup, please' - she gave me just one packet neatly placed on counter, i blurred out ' just one ? '. she defended herself saying ' you ordered one so you get one! if you ask for more than one , i will give u more than one cause this is OUR procedure!' Now, I know how this sound - rather petty isnt it ? but this issue had to be raised and shared.
Whether it is their procedure or not, i feel that this procedure lack of the very basic customer service and not to be stingy with the condiments ( as if their ah gong bought it for the company ). Anyway, i didnt want to provoke or cause any scene, just left with a horrible...
Read moreBad service, I was there on 06-02-2023 abt 9:35pm and order takes abt 20 min. When I received my order, on the spot I checked my order to confirm everything is inside, but to bad same issues happened again. My 12pcs sharing box was missing, this wasn’t first time happened, so I immediately told the staff one of my order was missing, si I took out all the food inside and show it to them, and what they questioned me back where is the 12pcs sharing box? Look like I’m scamming them. So I request for refund and how the staff replied me back in an unfriendly manner ‘refund loh’ and took away all my order and throw inside the dustbin and shout the manager out for refund. I told the manager you got cctv on top of how am I gonna scam you with hiding the missing food? Read moreThe experience in this particular outlet never fails to disappoint me. The amount of times they missed out items in my order is countless.
Whilst I understand that a lot of safety guidelines are being implemented currently due to Covid-19, I think a lot more could be done to make this more efficient. This outlet has 4 self order machines but due to safe distancing measures, only 2 could be used to maintain the 1m distance. This already slows down the entire ordering process. Worse still, they make customers queue outside and only let people in when the machines are vacant.
What I then noticed was that the usual counter where customers can order from is not in operation. This is a huge missed opportunity and makes the process even slower. You are already down to 50% of your usual order takings due to the lack of machines.
It took me 25 minutes at 3pm to get in to finally make my order.
Fast food? This outlet definitely does not...
