I was at the Nex outlet on the evening of 15 Aug 21 (Sunday) and despite the long queue outside (waiting for take-out/deliveries), we had decided to dine in. Our vaccination record was verified by the friendly staff and we had been ushered to our table.

It was a peak period on the sunday and while waiting for the food to arrive, we were seeing the long queues formed by delivery riders and customers whom were ordering take outs. Inside, there were a few tables occupied. The team on duty that day were working hard to meet the orders and were supporting one another as the orders came in. If you order during peak hours at this outlet, do expect a 30-40mins waiting time.

I would like to give compliments to Lucia, whom i felt was calm and cheerful amidst all the chaos; she was at the shop front taking orders, checking orders, pacifying delivery riders (quite a few of them constantly questioned on the waiting time and threatened to cancel orders), running all around the shop as well as attending to the customers in the outlet and serving dine ins. Through this, her work was done cheerfully, courteously (still attending to all requests, orders, serving of food and passing of additional cutlery with both hands etc) and with attention. Almost all people would have cracked in that situation and i felt that she handled it very well, through the peak hours

As always, I have been a fan of Monster Curry and it still tastes as good; do order the monster combo curry and bring a friend to share that monstrous plate!
