Update in response to owner reply ####### I have done almost a thousand reviews and my photos have been viewed over 40 million times. I do my reviews seriously.
The picture of the steak is your medium? The viewers can judge for themselves. The comment on toughness (chewy) is on my medium (more like medium rare) steak which was not re heated. Off course a well done steak would be tougher. Wagyu 6/7. See picture and according to Google AI, it should melt in your mouth. The steak I had did not come close. (Yes, Wagyu rump steak with a marbling score of 6/7 is known for its melt-in-your-mouth texture. This is due to the high level of intramuscular fat (marbling) which gives it a luxurious, buttery flavor and tender texture. The fat melts at a lower temperature than typical beef, making it exceptionally tender.) There is no mention in your advertisement that coffee refill stops at 12 noon. It is not that we need extra coffee but just pointing out the discrepancy between you Facebook advertisement and our experience. It is not up to me to decide whether you should employ more service staff as I do not know how business is for you. However, based on today, one service staff is insufficient.

Came here to try the 1 for 1 wagyu beef steak breakfast. We ordered medium and medium well done but the steak came out medium rare. We had to ask to ask to cook again. The quality of the steak is quite chewy, not sure of the wagyu 6/7 grade. The pepper sauce is nice. The chips that came with the dish is not crispy. The granola and yogurt was acceptable. The fish was good and didn't have any fishy taste. Service was not good as there was only 1 person serving the whole restaurant. Also, was told that we could only have one refill of coffee even though their Facebook advertisement stated unlimited serve of coffee...

I visited this restaurant with my partner for a buffet and had an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon entering at 6 PM, the place was completely empty. We had to call out to the staff multiple times just to get some attention—no one seemed to care.
The female staff member suggested to start us with one round of all the meats available, since we were the only patrons. But it took a shocking 30 minutes for the first plate to arrive, and all it contained were two slabs of beef. To make things worse, despite asking for well-done beef, they served it rare!
Additionally, the first round of meats that the waitress promised never even fully materialized. Smoked duck wasn’t served. Chicken cutlet wasn’t served. We had to specifically ask for the smoked duck again, and when we did, a male staff member reluctantly brought us three miserable pieces, complete with a black face. Three tiny slices for two people?!
After returning the undercooked beef, we ordered four more pieces. However, when the second round of meat finally arrived 20 minutes later, it was served cold! Clearly, the meat had been cooked and left unattended before being served to us. So what exactly caused the wait?
Meanwhile, the side dishes were self-service, but none of them were labeled, making it impossible to know what we were eating.
We also ordered two glasses of Coke, and even that took 10 minutes to arrive! Instead of preparing our meat, the kitchen staff seemed more focused on refilling the side dishes, which didn’t make any sense for a supposedly “CARNIVORE” buffet.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Save your money and go...

I understand that they were understaffed but the whole experience was dreadful. Half the items on the buffet were outside to take ourselves (about 7 different items) but it was always empty, they did not seem prepared for the crowd at all because it took like 20mins for a single item to be topped up but it was gone in 2mins because everyone was waiting. Certain items took even longer.
The other half of items would be brought to our table by the server and we were told we could reorder which items we liked but again that took like 20-30mins to come out.
For the 1.5hrs that I was there I was only served twice from the kitchen and managed to go to the buffet line twice (because it was empty otherwise), so much for a “buffet”
Staff was trying their best and I appreciate it but clearly not prepared, everyone (myself included) was just waiting with empty plates 60% of the time.
Food was very average as well. There was a steak option in the buffet and was asked my preference on the steak to which I said medium rare and the server replied saying they only had medium and well done LOL I’ve never heard that before and also that implies that the steak was probably already pre-cooked (which I have nothing against) but then why did it still take 30mins to come out?
