We ordered the prawn stew bee hoon, the sweet and sour pork, kong ba bao, pork chop fried egg rice, and hotplate Tofu. We also ordered the prawn rolls and sliced beef horfan.
The prawn bee hoon was really special and it was fantastic. The prawn broth was thick and tasty, and you could really tell that the broth was cooked for a long time with lots of prawns.
The egg fried rice is normal, I'd say pretty standard compared to all other egg fried rice. It's also hard to go wrong with this dish.
The sweet and sour pork was really good. It's chunky and very crispy, and the big chunks were really of meat and not full of flour. There's also a lot of capsicum, pineapple slices, and onions to go with.
The Tofu and kong ba bao were just so-so, I'd probably not order those again.
The hor fan and prawn rolls were good but not super fantastic. I'd prefer to order another portion of the prawn bee hoon in the future.
We ordered another large serving of sweet and sour pork because of how much we liked it. Unfortunately, the amount of meat was barely more than that of the small serving, but it just had a lot more onions and capsicum. Perhaps next time, we should just order 2 small...
Read moreLove the impeccable service, cosy ambience and food. The qing long cai 青龙菜which is my favourite is lightly fried with my special request for less salt, less oil & no MSG. A light, appetising dish which would go well with other dishes such as their fried omellet with prawns, kampong chicken with scallion oil & also their soup! I made an adventurous move in ordering the kung pao chicken fillet which tasted succulent as it had been lightly scalded in oil before frying. A very aromatic meat dish which caters to taste buds for sweeter, saltier dishes. I would be visiting them sometime this week or the next to try out other dishes such as their brocoli (another of my favourite vegetable), chicken based dishes & salmon fish skin. Highly recommended to those who loves eating...
Read moreJust like to feedback on the lousy dinning experience I had just now at Paradise Classic at Pasir Ris Mall B1-35. I ordered a simple meal of horfun, vege and barley at 4.29pm. I think there are about 10 dinners or so. Until 5.15pm I still cannot see any horfun being served. Those who came later than me who ordered horfun all get their food. When I asked the male captain at 5.05pm, he said he will checked but never get back to me. I finally cannot take it and went to settle the bill at 5.15pm, the male captain said you haven't had your food. I told him my unhappiness and he keep pressing the cash register with no eye contact ar all. In the end he said: "ok lor. 这餐我请你吃‘’ This is the worst response. I have to walked out of your restaurant feeling...
