PlayMade @ Wisteria Mall — Restaurant in Singapore

I occasionally frequent the store at Wisteria mall and just wanted to leave a review for the staff there. Their service is excellent to say the least. I always order the same beverage and it just took a few visits for the staff (I’m sorry I don’t have their names to share) to actually remember me by face and my exact order requirements. It honestly impressed me and has since been my go to store on particularly hot days or when I’m passing through the mall. Thank you for setting a good service standard....

Drinks was okay, but male manager/supervisor wearing spects very rude. Black face to customers. Went at 230pm there was no queue, understand that the drinks was prepared by the trainee staff at least make an initiative to informed customers that the drinks take about 20 minutes to prepared. Not sure why so long though, we order 3 cups of taiwan milk tea and usually their milk tea is already well prepared just have to add in toppings n sugar. Its better to visit northpoint city playmade, staff friendly drinks...

Always my go to bbt stall. Likes the chrysanthemum milk tea with pink catcus pearl. Not sold by other bbt stalls. Their pearls are made by themselves too. Feels healthier eating their pearls and have so many different flavours - grape pearl, sesame pearl, chrysanthemum pearl. Another favourite is milk tea with grape pearl - sweet and sour taste.
