PLS BEWARE!!!!!!! KIOSK MACHINE DID NOT WORK!!!!!! looks like many have complained if u read the review and still this problem has not been rectified. if spoilt, pls put up the signage. Can't believe i am unfortunate enough to experience it today. I am an airport staff just trying to buy my lunch quickly. After the card txn was approved, the kiosk DID NOT PRINT OUT THE RECEIPT. the machine hang. so i quickly looked for the staff. an elderly lady tried to reboot the machine. After she rebooted, she told me the order has not gone thro. But i told her my credit card txn has been shown APPROVED! she asked me for the receipt BUT THE RECEIPT NOT PRINTED AS THE KIOSK HUNG!!! she asked for my e txn receipt so she can refund me..... i said my credit card is by mthly statement. It began to sound very ridiculous as she started doubting me and gave me the impression as if i am here for a free meal!!!! she said she could not give me the refund and asked me to come back later. i was late for work and asked her to look for me at the airport after she had checked with her supervisor as she did not know how to print txn listing from the credit machine..... in the end she reluctantly refunded me in cash. NOT A WORD OF APOLOGY and still the impression that she is doing me a favor by giving me a free meal!!!! CHANGI AIRPORT !!!! PLS BUCK UP........ ! i can't believe this is happening at my own beloved airport, having been to airports all over the world.............
Read more0700 Arrived at the food court, planning to have breakfast before boarding. I chose my favorite minced pork noodles and intended to buy a bottle of water. I queued for over 10 minutes, and there were still many people in front of me, with a long line behind as well. I know that in Singapore, it’s typical for food courts to have only one beverage stall—this is the norm. But in such a special place as the airport, where your image impacts the world and there are so many travelers every day, I really don’t understand why this food court only has one beverage store.

So we walked around a bit more and when we came back he came out again so we quickly asked if he was still open.
We were met with the most sarcastic reply, he said “do you see the smoke coming out of the fryer? do you see a closed sign? what does that mean? i never close right?”. I was genuinely taken aback by this comment so I replied saying we were here for a long time but nobody was cooking or anything even though people were ordering so we were just making sure. His reply was preposterous, “That’s not my problem.”. YOU are manning the store how is it not your problem?
Sad because we were craving ramen badly. Wanton noodles were...
