Starbucks Delfi Orchard — Restaurant in Singapore

Atmosphere here is very nice actually but the staff always start to clean up at 8:30pm which is incredibly annoying because they mop the floor and move tables and chairs around as if you are not there. Even though there is no overt aggressiveness involved you may as well say you close at 8:30pm as it is highly distracting and disruptive. They "technically" close at 10pm on paper. This is a regular occurrence as I have come here on and off past few years, so it is not a one-off thing. Honestly I don't feel staff should get away with something like this and something ought to be said at least as I thought it was just basic customer service. I don't see this happening in any other branch, at least...

Updates: Somehow nowadays there are lesser pigeons invading this outlet, good job! But they should remove the long tables because it really looks like a school and students will camp here for 6hours, lunch to dinner.. instead, make smaller tables, the size smaller than 1 textbook + 1 pencil case. Confirm the students will be gone! But business may be affected too hahaha.. as these students are not poor, they sometimes buy a lot, stress means more sugar intake!

Hopelessly poorly managed, despite my writing in and informing the counter staff the wobbly tall table near window NOT fixed. I was once given wrong takeaway order!

Just to add, saw another customer given up seating that same table after I spill my coffee there due to the faulty table!

Another problem came up after finishing my breakfast, saw water on the floor near the kitchen and informed the white shirt kitchen staff. Guess what! He ignored and start to chat at counter instead of preventing accident happening!

My verdict, beyond CURE.
