Subway — Restaurant in Singapore

Armpit over the bread and HAIR found in it.

I wanted a sandwich for my breakfast before rushing to the company bus. The chinese lady took my bread and main's order, while doing that, the indian lady was doing another order and put her armpit across the bread (abt 5cm close to my bread) to reach out for another main ingredient while doing grab order. it was gross just thinking of it.

Afterwards the chinese lady put my order in the oven and the indian lady took it out, left it on the counter and indian lady continue doing the grab's order and chinese lady explaining a whole load of story on the price of the set meal, leaving my order to turn cold. i voiced out saying that i cant wait hence the chinese lady finished my order with the veggies and sauce.

It was already gross thinking about the armpit smell lingering on the bread and to my surprise when I opened the wrapper,...

Store is understandbly small but great that there are even seats. However, it is completely unfair to other patrons to allow people to take up the seating space when no visible food has been purchased. Assuming and giving her benefit of doubt that she could have bought food before I had arrived, she remained taking up the seat for at least 30 mins while having her phone plugged into the wall socket. Only bought after the half an hour.

Whilst this is completely not the fault of the staff, this lady was only made to move and occupy part of my table (which is fine but the lady is disrupting the space by having her cable dangle across). The staff did get her to move, only because she was occupying a table they had wanted to use for some internal interview instead of because she was hogging seats. Would be great if the staff can ensure people do not hog seats in such...

Had a terrible experience during the peak hour. Lack of hygiene as the person handling my food touched the bin and did not change her gloves before proceeding to handle my food. She also added her own veggies onto my sandwich before I could tell her the veggies I wanted. Ruined my experience as I have more sensitive taste buds and hated the veggies she placed on my sandwich without my prior consent. Peak hour busyness should not warrant any hygiene lapses. Utterly annoyed by this terrible experience and will be eating my contaminated $7 sandwich. Also the veggie portions are quite little. (Past experience: asked a lady to give me more veg she said 80cents more for the half a scoop of veggie lol)

Lost my appetite. Will not recommend anyone to visit...
