Bamboo Kresánkova — Restaurant in Bratislava

I highly recommend this branch of the Bamboo restaurants, it has continuously impressed us with their fresh, flavorful and delicious dishes. Don't know which dish you want? Ask the kind waitress/ waiter for recommendations and they will not let you down!

Every time I decide to order a new dish I am in awe of how diverse their chef's skills in making any dish delightful, not to mention the super low prices. We have paid ~20eur for 2 people's main dish + drinks time and time again.

It is so good to have this restaurant reopened in a different spot but within the same neighborhood, it was dearly missed. The new location is nicer, bigger, more modern and feels very clean. There is a lovely insulated terrace with plenty of seating. The menu is more or less the same as before which is a good thing. This time I had my favorite - summer roll with avocado and peanut sauce (great as always) - and a new item on the menu, kimchi miso soup with tofu. Vietnamese Cuisine offering very special and original food with a good quality.

Only issue is the environment / place - entrance from outside that looks old and kind of “in building phase”. But when you enter the restaurant itself, it is nice.

Duck soup offered vegetables and meat. The spicy soup was full of ingredients. The main meal offered meat with vegetables and jasmine rice, with accurate “spiciness”. On tables are still available home-made chilli sauce.
